I opened an account with them while I was still working. Because I have retired, I have been trying to get a copy of the policy. I am having trouble getting the contact information for the company. I was able to contact someone a few months ago, and they said that they would send it by email. When the email was received, I was unable to open the attachment. I replied to the email saying that I could not open it, but I never got a response.
