  DO NOT TRUST! Company uses their services under different names and phone numbers, but all comes back to this service as "We Do Locksmith". Had to use their services last week when key was locked in car. We don't have a spare key programed to vehicle, so they were kind enough to offer to program our spare for an additional $150. Cool. We needed it done, so we paid for the additional service. ***** (the lead tech) said that our factory remote was not correct for my vehicle, so he upsold me on their remote for another additional $120. Said it would take 10 minutes to complete the job. 45 minutes later he finally finished programming the remote. All is good, right? NO! When he asks us to pay, he added an additional $20 for what he claimed was tax. In the State of *******, you can't charge tax on services or labor... So now a $150 job, turned into an upsale of $290 and 45 minutes of time we didn't have. After all that, we go to drive the vehicle and now a warning light has activated saying "Keyless System Malfunction." Tried calling the service back. No answer. I was told only *****, the lead service tech had the equipment to fix, but he will not answer phone or text. Keep calling office and told I will get a call back. It's been a week later and nothing. Should have just taken it to the dealer in the first place. I do not recommend. These guys are a bunch of frauds! Beware using their services! Will not use again!!!

  I had a key fob with remote start made on March 23, 2024. The tech performed the job fairly quickly upon arrival. Within 10 minutes of leaving we were unable to auto start the vehicle with the key he made.He seemed annoyed when I called him back and stated that the key worked and we were not pressing the correct buttons. After he left several attempts were made to auto start my vehicle and it did not work!I called the company back on March 26, 2024 to ask for someone to come back out. The same rude, unprofessional tech called me back and told me that the key works and that no one is coming out because he already showed my son how to start the car.I expect better service considering this was a $220 purchase. I called the company and requested a call from a supervisor and keep getting the run around.

  Not sure if this person is affiliated with We Do Locksmith/ 24/7 Locksmith, but this guy says he works for this business. He charged $350 to make a key for my ignition, because mine wouldn't turn in the ignition to start the car. This was October 29 ******************************************* January. I called him and he said that there was a 30 day warranty and he couldn't help me. I called him back, because AutoNation told me that it was not a good key for my car. I'm an amputee and on a fixed income, I really wanted him to come and see what was wrong, but he told me to leave him alone and hung up on me. My daughter called him from her phone and he answers like a regular call, never mentioning the business. She asked him if he was a Locksmith and he asked who wanted to know. She told him she needed a Locksmith and he said he was trying to be a Locksmith and there was a 90 day warranty on his work, but never showed....

  They use extremely cheap replacements. I wish I would have seen the previous reviews before using this company. I got a month out of my new key before it came apart, next day my car wouldnt start. When I texted the original technician I dealt with he proceed to tell me it wasn't my key, it was my car and that I didn't have a transponder key to which I called Toyota and they co firmed that I did. The technician shows up and we confirm my car was infact not starting because of the key. He proceeded to hold my keys from me until I paid even though I was told I wouldn't be charged if in fact the issue was with the key - I called the office and asked to speak with a supervisor or owner. They took a message. No one called back. When I called again I was put on hold for 30 seconds until the line went dead. When I called back they picked up immediately. I said your line hung up on me - no sooner did I say that - the line went dead again. Now they're not answering when I call. Do not use this company.

  Be aware. Very cheap eBay counterfeit key fobs and unethical business practices. They will not show you the key until they are finished to force you to accept a cheap counterfeit key with the agreed price or charge you for the trip and time. When I spoke to the technician's manager over the phone, he was very rude, insulted me and hung up suddenly, The tech got into his car and sped away with the copy of my car keys. Only when he saw me taking pictures of his license plate did he come back and destroy the keys. I later contacted the Police to ensure my safety.
