      This is about Ideal Image in ******, **************I spoke to someone over the phone about availability for the service I was interested in. The available dates did not work for me, so I did not confirm the appointment over the phone; I said I would call back to schedule the appointment. I put my card down as I was told it would be quicker to book next time when I call back if my card was already down. Not long after hanging up, I check my bank account because I was going to make a purchase elsewhere and I see I was charged $374 to my account (full amount for the service I didnt get a chance to book). I immediately went and logged into the website to investigate and saw that an appointment was made for a date I never agreed on. I immediately canceled the appointment but did not receive any information about my money being refunded. I would like the full refund since I never confirmed the date in the first place, and I canceled the appointment. They should not be able to charge me almost $400 and have me throw away all that money for a service I am now not going to get done, after this inconvenience.

      I paid for 8 treatment's for hair laser removal. Only received 3 on the day of my appointment I get to the clinic and find out they were closed again. Didnt receive no calls from them nothing informing me . I just want my money back. Ideal image

      The "Nurse Practicianer" named ****** Apparently they only do first names at this totally reputable facility. That is sarcasm. This place is a nightmare. Do not go here. These people will mess up your face and body and tell you your beautiful afterwards. The "experienced" ***** said she had been doing this for 5 years, yet was shaking when she walked in. She is guaranteed to mess up. She wanted me to sign an unofficial waiver where she wrote in the signature line. So that I wouldn't sue her after she screwed up. Which I would have anyways. The lovely ***** (also sarcasm) has Apparently been having a terrible life thus far because when I asked her how much experience she had doing this she said 5 years. Obviously that was a lie and this was probably her first time. I totally dodged a bullet after this and decided not to get the service with her once she proceeded to tell me about all the risks as if trying to talk me out of it. This place will s**** up. I am warning you go anywhere else. I even asked to speak to the manager and he said that she said that I was not being nice to her. Which was not true. All I did was ask if anything has ever gone wrong when she's done this before and she said no. And refused to even do the facial at all. I told her I waited 2 months and drove 40 minutes for an appointment. She did not care. She was terrible and rude and they treat their customers like dog s*** They should not be in business. Thankfully I had already decided not to do the service before she backed out of it. But they did not offer to reimburse me for my time and then gave me a fake number to form a complaint. The phone number just went back to the front desk lady. I would not be surprised if they are disrespecting the brand of Ideal Image at this ******** location and giving everyone placebo. These people are ridiculous and deserve to be shut down. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. You will regret it. Not to mention

      I went to this spa in the fall 2024. I was told that I could either get a refund on my remaining funds or transfer the remaining funds of my account to their ****** location. Unfortunately, the ****** location was a pop up location that was due to close. They did not inform me of this. The remaining NY locations are too far for me to travel to without a car in the city (2.5 plus hours by train and bus), and had they been presented to me as options I would have said no. I called several times with no response. I emailed and then finally got a response from customer service who said that they would not refund the amount because the closest location was within 60 miles. This is also a policy they did not disclose to me. Now they are refusing to send the money back for a service I did not receive.

      I am rejecting this response because I specifically asked for the queens location as a requirement for my proceeding with the first treatment, which I disclosed prior to the first appointment. It was not disclosed to me that the location would be closing or I would not have chosen it. Additionally I was offered a refund of the remaining amount of my account at the appointment, so it doesnt make sense to me that the option be suddenly revoked. I do not have a car and the other clinics are 2.5+ hours away by public transport. Your policy was not disclosed to be at any point.

      Transfer to the queens location is no longer an option as they are no longer an Ideal Image clinic.  We are happy to continue to provide treatment in any of our corporates owned clinics.  We do not make individual contractual changes to our agreement so treatment in Queen would not have been a contractual commitment

      Ideal image charged a payment of 3050 on credit card within minutes of conversation within the virtual consultant call on 01/26 refund was requested and a three day window of call back with refund confirmation was promised. Since then ideal image has not attempted a follow up call .ive called several times with my number ********** under **** ***** and requested escalation and follow up call by managers till today 02/11 no follow up calls or refund . When I request for updates a 24 hr return call is promised with no calls that are yet to be received from any department of Idealimage . Very poor business behaviors and incompetent team. Please help me get my refund . No charge email received except for an email that stated thank you for providing information additional attachment for my billing statement.

      The business has not reviewed recording virtual and call recording. The number of calls I made to ideal image have are not being acknowledged. On the video recording the team member promised the funds will be canceled and refunded immediately when no one bothered calling back or refunding . Several calls from client were requested for a manager to call back went un acknowledged all of which should be in the notes for ideal image . Including there was phone call that was hung up on the client . Poor management follow up and disappointment on ethics of conducting business .

      Ideal Image of Brandon ******** manager ****** has acted incredibly dishonest, unethical and unprofessional and committed several illegal and unethical acts against me.#1 FRAUD. The ideal image free consult sales associate told me I need a specific red ************* procedure to give my face the specific lift results I was looking for. I signed the contract pending a consult with a medical professional. A week later I met with the medical assistant who said that my skin did not qualify for the medical procedure at that time (due to peeling) and that the procedure I had contracted for WOULD NEVER PRODUCE the lift results I was sold. I would need surgery. I requested my money be refunded as Ideal Image does not provide surgery. NO SERVICES WERE RENDERED. Ideal Image refused to refund my money, continues to bill my credit card, and refuses to provide me a copy of the contract that they are billing under. I specifically requested a copy of the contract from the manager Jasmine by phone, multiple times. She was intentionally rude, provocative, smirked and intentionally refused me a copy of the contract. ******* also refused to provide me with her last name and her business license number to file a complaint. #2 Credit card FRAUD. Jasmine has billed and continues to bill my Master Card for a procedure while refusing to provide me with a copy of the contract she was billing me under. #3 UNLAWFUL ACTIONS. Jasmine refused to give me the business license number of her store even after multiple requests. I informed her that according to the law and ethical business practices she must provide that info so that I can pursue a complaint and remedy.       I am rejecting this response because: I have spoken to one of their agents on the phone. They offered no acceptable resolution and they refuse to put anything in writing because they are breaking the law!!!  They lied to me when they sold me a medical procedure I was NOT eligible!  They refuse to provide me a copy of the contract they are billing me under!!! I have requested it for 4 months now!!! They refuse to post and give out their professional business license and required by FLORIDA STATE LAW!!!  The manager, JASMINE, has been so RUDE, DISHONEST, UNETHICAL that I DO NOT FEEL SAFE IN THE ******* LOCATION!!!   I EXPECT IDEAL IMAGE to adhere to the Florida State Law and post their professional business license in view for all clients!  And I expect them to put that in writing back to me through the BBB.   I EXPECT a full refund on the amount of money billed to my credit card for ALL SERVICES NOT RENDERED, WHICH IS ALL SERVICES that have been billed to my credit card.   

      I do not want to phone an 800 number where these unethical, dishonest client contacts offer me a free facial and expect me to be alright that they have

      broken FLORIDA STATE LAW, treated me with condescension and HOSTILITY, and illegally billed my credit card.  They should have provided me a copy of the contract they are billing under any of the number of times I requested it.  INSTEAD, the very NASTY MANAGER, JASMINE, HUNG UP ON ME! She refused to provide me a copy of my contract or their business license number!  They admitted they NEVER provide their business license number and only post it in employee areas so that the general public cannot see it.

      IDEAL IMAGE ******* HAS ACTED ILLEGALLY, UNETHICALLY, AND WITH GREAT HOSTILITY TOWARDS ME.  I CAN NEVER FEEL SAFE IN

      I recently went through a separation and I had to move away from ************, ** to ***********, WV to stay with my family until I can get my life back together, since I do not have a place down there to live anymore. The closest Ideal Image location to me here is more than 50 miles away from where I am currently living and I just cannot drive that distance. Also, I had to leave my job in ************ to come here and I currently do not have the funds to keep paying because I did the in-house financing for the laser treatment. I paid in full for my first laser treatment which was $252 on 12/1/24, I have made two more payments of $98.26 on 12/17/24 and 2/1/25. In addition, I paid in full $649 for 50 units of ***** on 12/4/24. I still have 9 units left out of those 50 units that are unused. I called on Monday 2/3/25 and spoke with ***, the manager, to request cancellation of the laser treatment payments and asked for a refund for the last two payments I have already made for a treatment I have not even received yet and for the 9 units of ***** I have left since I will not be returning. In addition, I also never received the Alle points I was promised to get either.*** the manager did not care or wanted to help me in any way, frankly I think she is a very lazy manager. She blew me off by saying she would pull my file and call me back by the end of this week, which is now over, to see what she could do about cancelling and refunding me for services I am not going to receive anymore. I did not hear from her, so I called again on Wednesday, 2/5/25 and was not able to get ahold of her. I left a message for her to call me, she never did. I called again yesterday, Friday, 2/7/25 and no one would even answer my phone call, it went to voicemail. I had to cancel my debit card to stop the payments from continuing coming out since *** would not help me or even call me back. I personally believe these actions are defrauding me, and I am sure other clients are as well.

      When I purchased the package of nine laser hair removal treatments in April 2022, I was promised that after the nine treatments I would have a lifetime guarantee for touch up treatments, should the hair grow back. This information is also written on their website. Since purchasing the package, the business has moved to another location 20 extra minutes away. I continued to go to new office and then they took a provider out of the office on the only days I could receive my treatment. After I could start receiving my treatments again I had instructed the doctors there that it didnt seem like the hair removal was working as promised. Each time I was reassured that if the hair continue to grow back after the nine sessions that I had complementary touch *** after the fact. Now, after completing the treatments, the hair is not gone, but now I am being told that there was a back page on my contract with the individual pricing per session for touch***, despite all other conversations. When originally signing the contract with Ideal Image, I never received a copy of the contract. After being shown this page and having a very unproductive conversation with the woman in charge (*******) I left the office very ***et and feeling I had been scammed out of $4,000. Upon returning home from a ********************************************************* a copy of the contract. I was then told that they did not have the contract at their location and I would have to wait till Monday (the day of the issue was Thursday 1/30) This being an obvious lie because the contract was put in front of me during the confrontation with *******. I tried calling the customer service line seeing as I know how a negative relationship with the person in charge of the ******************** I then received a facetious phone call from ******* on Friday, January 31st, reiterating that she would not be sending me my contract until it was convenient for her on Monday and if I wanted it I could just come get it.

      No they have not reached out to me since my last phone call with them. And during my last phone call with them I was told that they would be emailing me a HIPAA form in order to receive an email copy of my contract Monday, February 3rd. And I never received a phone call from them nor the email. So as far as I know, they are still withholding my contract.

      I took ideal image and when they started they told me that if we have pain or allergies they will stop the treatment and refund the whole amount. When I started my treatment I had pain and on second ,, third and all sittings I had pain. The person who did it told that if we have pain we need to stop the treatment. Now since we have decided to stop the treatment we are asking to stop payment and they are asking us medical certificate. Why should we provide one if they told us that it cannot be done. Please help us get the refund of $719.50 and also stop all payments and to close the contract.Please do the needful
