If I could give Ideal Image a 0, I would. Everyone in the Indianapolis office has been friendly, however, the company itself is a MASSIVE SCAM! The sales associate I worked with told me I would be grandfathered in (her exact words via email) to a $43 copay. After speaking to someone in the Indy office they said all their contracts are subject to change. I then called their client support and she was extremely rude and said “they have never offered that as a business.” So basically, after providing all of the email documentation from the sales associate and myself it is still void. They don’t stand behind anything their sales associates sell. It’s really sad they train their sales associates to lie in order to make a sale. Please avoid this business at all costs.Ideal Image

After a phone consultation with ideal image, I was approved for a Cool sculpture procedure.
I signed a virtual contract , received no copy of such contract. As a 70 plus-year-old I should not have been recommended to have cool sculpture done. Which I paid over $3,000 for. I had one cool sculpture procedure which was a joke. They would not cancel my contract. After numerous phone calls back and forth to ideal image Cuyahoga falls, I was first offered a facial procedure to use up my credit, then told I was not a candidate because I am on a blood thinner. So then I agreed to another facial procedure which I completed three sessions, And my 70 plus-year-old face showed no improvement.
My opinion, ideal image facial procedures and Cool sculpting are beneficial for much younger clientele, I was high pressured into signing a contract over the phone which I didn't even know I did. I should have been awarded a refund when I asked but customer service is terrible. I would advise anyone, any age to avoid ideal image.Ideal Image

I contacted customer service right after my account was billed for a membership renewal, and I was assured that the membership would be canceled and a refund would be issued. However, this never happened. Two months later, I filed a dispute and received a denial letter, stating that they would still charge me for the unused membership renewal of $300. They seem determined to take your money without justification. My recommendation is to never store your credit card details with them, as it seems they are only interested in taking your money and resolving issues with them is virtually impossible. You'll end up wasting your hard-earned money. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with, showing little loyalty to their customers. If your card is stored in their system, be prepared for unexpected charges for their services, which are not worth the cost. Very unethical, my service at the time even sucked and it was so hard to get an appointment due to understaff and the machine wasn’t working so all in all and on top being charged for a renewal I wasn’t happy with the service a year ago to begin with was a scam from this company! Do not call me as I tried calling you to resolve this and went for two months roundabout with no solution or refund of any kind. Shame on running a business like yours. You need so much improvement especially with that ridiculous auto membership renewal $300 charge for not even using your company for over a year!Ideal Image

I got on a payment plan right before covid came around and appointments were scheduled. When they it was they stopped allowing me to book free appointments and it’s like why when now you have to work with my availability around work. I did have to reschedule some of my appointments because of that. I was not able to finish treatments but they want me to finish paying for services I didn’t receive and have sent it to debt collectors!Ideal Image

1 starDo not do business here! If you want ultherapy go to a medical spa with a Dr. representing office. Could not get treatment done because they would book so far out. The night of my treatment left text saying appt. canceled. I signed up for patient fi they withdrew from my account. Still trying to get my money back. They say it could take up to 60 days! Do not do businesses with them.Review fromKrish K

This is a horrible place. NEVER SIGNUP WITH THIS COMPANY. We signed up for a full body hair removal and paid $13,000. We were told that after 1 to 1.5 years of treatments most of the hair will go away and that we have to pay $50 as a touchup fee for any future appointments for the rest of life as long as we pay $300 membership fees per year. After 2 years the hair has not gone away even in a single area and now they have increased the prices by almost 100% for the touchup fees ($50 to $95 per area) and are expecting us to pay almost $700-800 per visit, if you have to get 5-6 areas treated. This is absolutely unethical of what they have done to us and expecting to milk the money as much as possible. When you call they dont care about you and they will speak very rudely. And they are asking to signup for another full body treatment for another $8,000 to get another 1 year of service. We really dont know what happened to their initial promise for the $13,000 that was paid and the touch fees that are being paid all the time. This is a BIG BOGUS COMPANY and please save your money from them.Ideal Image

I initially contacted Ideal image on 5/15/25. I was calling to obtain information on ultherapy. The person who answered the phone said she was transferring me into a zoom call for consultation. I thought I was speaking with a Nurse but unbeknownst to me at the time I was speaking with a non medical and non licensed person who rendered misleading advice. She told me that Botox injection would give me the results I wanted to achieve. My initial appointment was cancelled and rescheduled by Ideal Image. Then on the day I arrived for the procedure The Nurse explained the procedure and what to expect. The problem was that the Botox was not the procedure to get the results I was looking to achieve. This was no fault of the Nurse. I was told that the person who did the “consult” was a non medical person. I was blown away that this company has non medical and non licensed people giving consultations for procedures. I was told the Manager would contact me but that she was on vacation and would return until June 9, 2025. On June 9 I had no communication what so ever from Ideal Image. On June 10 I called back. I was told the Manager was unavailable (phone, meeting, don’t remember). Later I received a voicemail message from the so called Manager. We also exchanged emails. I explained I was misled and very unhappy that a non medical person gave me misleading information in the so called consult. She writes to me that I was not misled. She never once even apologized or offered any resolution. Customer Service 101 apologize to the customer. Secondly if as a Manager you can not offer a solution (which she didn’t) then at least ask the Customer what you can do to right the wrong. I should have done my homework. I have now learned that this company isn’t even BBB approved. I called my credit card company and they have issued a full refund.Ideal Image

I am permanently scarred from one treatment of laser hair removal. I tried to cancel the 7 remaining treatments and they refuse to give me a refund stating it is not a medical condition that qualifies and even though I have a note from my ** stating I need to stop treatment they still will not give me a refund. They are stating it is safe for me to continue. I asked for it in writing that it is safe and their plan of action to proceed with treatment safely and they refuse to put it In writing. They clearly know that its not safe or they would have no issue putting it in writing. They have told me the only way to get a refund is to remove all reviews, posts and complaints I have made. When they sent me a release to sign in agreement to removal all of these things for a refund, in the release it states nothing about my refund so I refuse to sign it. Go to a med spa that does a test spot. Go to a med spa that cares about the clients outcome and safety not the commission of the services.Ideal Image
