      I have had countless issues with this company. I have called many times and not have been able to get service appointments. Also had a some treatments on the face that did not yield any good results so I stopped the treatments and then opted to do somethong else for fear of them not being expererienced enough. My mistake is I paid of my account off and they ended up giving me a credit for over 3,000 every time I call they have no records of this credit or they hang up or put me on long hold times I dont know if their records are not kept up properly its really scary to be involved with a place that does business this way. I have now moved out of their locations and would please like a refund of the services I never used.

      Last month I signed on to receive laser hair removal from Ideal Image. The contract was financed by Ally for an amount of $3,191.58 over 18 months. I signed this online contract in the midst of receiving ECT (electroconvulsive shock therapy) for severe bipolar disorder. I don't recall the conversation leading to the contract nor do I recall signing it, though I am not disputing that it was me that technically did so. ECT is well known for its impact on memory and cognitive functioning. In fact, I had to take an entire month off work and could not drive due to the severity of these effects. Once I was somewhat functional again, I reviewed what I had done and promptly contacted both Ally and Ideal Image to cancel. This was within the 1 month time period that is explicitly mentioned in the contract as "30-Day Right to Cancel and Receive a Refund" clause. I was contacted a few weeks later by a shrill, combative employee named "Craig". "Craig" threatened me with being sent to collections if I did not repay the money Ally was canceling per my request. He did offer $400 if I withdrew my cancellation request with Ally. He said I would still owe the money and if I did not pay it I would both forfeit services and be sent to collections for nonpayment. I began crying and became extremely upset. I am still not in a stable place and have been struggling with my mental health since treatment (and before). These tactics are predatory and shameful. I never received any services from Ideal Image. Resolution of this matter simply involves adherence to the the right to cancel and receive a refund clause. I wish to cancel and never cross paths with Ideal Image again. I can provide documentation from the treating medical facility if needed.

      I spent 2,000+ dollars on laser hair removal from Ideal image in April of 2022 (This year) and I have yet to have an appointment with them. It takes 8 appointments in total to have my service fully done and I am supposed to 4-8 weeks in between each appointment. Also, my payment was for a year. Every appointment that I have been scheduled for has gotten canceled for ridiculous reasons. The first appointment was canceled because they said I needed to get cleared by a nurse, so I had to wait another month, then that appointment got canceled due to "the person doing my service called out that day." So I had to wait another month for them to tell me that appointment was canceled due to someone having covid. Now they want me to wait until september for my first appointment when I paid in April. Everytime I try to get a refund they ignore me or they just schedule a new appointment that I know is going to get canceled. Please help me, I spent too much money to be played around with.

      I had a free consultation for Coolsculpting on June 20, 2022. At that time, I signed up for a loan with the loan provider they recommended, Ally Lending. I was approved for the $4,400 and told that someone would be in touch to schedule the appointment. I received a call a few days later, and I set up an appointment for August 13th. On July 14th, I learned about the crooked/shady business practices of Ideal Image and cancelled my appointment. I also called to cancel the loan. At that time, Ally Lending informed me they had already sent payment/my loan to Ideal Image a month in advance of my appointment, despite me never receiving any services from Ideal Image. They opened a dispute for me and told me that I should be able to receive a refund if I had not received the service. I just spoke to a representative with Ideal Image that informed me that I entered into a contract with them to do the service and that it was non-refundable. They informed me that I could either receive the service or they would send my account to collections for the balance if I decided to cancel the loan. Looking at the long list of other complaints, I see that I am not the only person to fall for this trap. I'm almost positive there is a way to get out of this or rescind the contract, whether it be fraudulent misrepresentation, nonperformance, or some other applicable defense. Cancelling the contract and having them return the loan puts both parties in the same position as if there never was a contract, so this should not even be an issue. The fact that they are trapping consumers into a loan and essentially forcing them to receive services or keeping their money feels like a very scammy system that they have implemented.

      During my consultation, my consultant said that I would have a jawline after at least 2 cycles of cool sculpting. After the two cycles I see absolutely no result. My face still looks the same as before and they were trying to get me to do more cycles. I would if I had seen progress, however there was absolutely no progress!
      Tried to contact ideal image directly, but they said I signed a contract agreeing there would be no refund.
      This Is scamming! Knowing your service doesn't work so you put up the No refund policy. We aren't talking about just a few hundreds, I'm talking about few thousands.
      This business needs to stop selling cold sculpting to customers. It does not work
      So I basically paid $2400 to look the same!

      i was given a quote and did a credit check if i will be eligible for a financing of 18 month without interest and they enter me to a contract where i was unaware that i cannot cancel or not use this service. no matter if i use service or not i have to pay 4000 dollars to them. which they did not make me aware of. they person i talk to only told me that they are pulling my credit score to see if i can get approve for financing. now i came to know that i am on a contract with them and i have to pay contract amount to ALLY lender no matter if i use this service or not. this is a ripoff and lying people and earning business.

      the Ideal Image company is a scam company. They lock you into deals using persuasion and pressuring techniques in order to get you to sign a contract that they won't release you from. DO NOT shop or buy with this company, they refuse to relieve me of my contract regardless of the fact that I haven't received any services or treatment, nor have I made one appointment. Yet, they still expect me to pay monthly for their services. When I tried to get out of the contract and asked for them to play back a recording of the meeting I had with their customer service rep; Liz. They told me they couldn't use that recording to prove that she persuaded me into this contract after I told her on the recording that I wasn't comfortable with signing this and locking myself into an agreement several times. I also asked her if I could reference her name if an issue came up further down the line (liz) and she said yes, but now it's as if she never existed! This business Ideal Image is a scam company and you can find Much better and much more affordable services on Groupon. Trust me. This company needs to release me from my contract NOW.

Again I am asking Ideal Image to disclose on this BBB case the amount they propose to return for transparency. Only the total amount I paid is acceptable for services never received. Now they need to add $17.58 postage I spent returning their product I never ordered.

      I was misled by Ideal Image. I clicked on an ad for them for laser hair removal and scheduled a call. When I spoke to them we discussed my being blonde and mostly having blonde hair, maybe dark blonde hair. They said it's probably fine and if not the provider can tell me when I go for my service. I then scheduled a virtual consultation where I was told they would confirm if I was a candidate. They didn't ask to see any of the locations, which for a virtual consultation makes sense to me. But they proceeded to encourage me to go ahead and purchase the service and I would have an appointment the next day. I financed the service because they said it was a deal only being offered right then. I felt pressured to go ahead and sign even though I had not had a consultation yet. I was not encouraged to get a consultation, nor was it made explicitly clear that once I sign for these services it is nonrefunable - even if service has not yet been provided. I understand the contract to read the services and fees are nonrefunable, but that's deceiving, because it seems to mean after the services have been rendered. My appointment was canceled by ideal image for the following day. I called the finance company to cancel the loan because I wouldn't be receiving services. They had already sent the money and said they couldn't recall it. I called ideal image to cancel and the first person I spoke to said no problem and asked why. I told them I am pretty blond so I want to just go ahead and cancel the services and they submitted my refund request. I thought this was great customer service at the time. After trying to get in touch to confirm for a few weeks I finally hear back that they will not refund and I have to go in and prove I'm not a candidate. Ideal image will not refund even though services haven't been provided and they originally canceled. I feel like I was misled when signing for the financing. Most businesses offer refunds when services haven't been rendered.

      I have made telephone and written (email and U.S. postal service) requests to cancel a payment for services and annual membership. My initial telephone request was made on July 14, 2022 -- the same day the payment for services and membership was made (and before the charge even went fully through on my credit card). I have been told that there is an active case but have not received any confirmation that a refund will be issued and attempts to follow up by phone and email have not resulted in any additional information (only various reasons why the case worker cannot speak to me). I have not utilized any services and made the initial request to cancel within hours of the payment being made. I simply want a refund for the payment.

It has nothing to do with my request to terminate my membership and for a refund of the services ordered but never provided - which was made only hours after I signed up. I followed all instructions provided by Ideal Image for making such a request by writing and by telephone. I was initially told by telephone that it would take 5-7 business days to process my refund before Ideal Image started insisting that the representative handling my request was unable to speak to me to provide an update. Ideal Image is simultaneously insisting that they have provided instructions to me concerning my request for a refund, that my request for a refund cannot be processed under any circumstances, and that a credit card dispute is preventing them from providing a refund to me. That does not make any sense. I would like to resolve this. I just want a refund for services I never received and for which I timely requested a refund through multiple means of contact, including a formal letter send via USPS. Again, all I want is a refund for services I never received and for which I am no longer a medical candidate.
