Paid in full for services. On July 30th 2024 I had an appointment for 2 pm. During the prior appointment it was recommended I use numbing cream for this appointment. I applied it. Upon arrival the clinic refused my appointment and told me they needed lunch and Id have to wait an extra hour and leave the cream on. This due to their scheduling mishap. This resulted in swelling, pain and the treatment wasnt effective. I was then told by staff I was rude and it was my fault for not wanting to wait even though I eventually did due to not having a choice in the matter. I had also taken off work for this appointment. I was told it wasnt their fault that corporate has issues. On 11/12/2024 I was told my appointment for this evening was cancelled. Again I had taken off work for this appointment. They said another corporate issue with scheduling. I was then told there werent any more available appointments until a month and half later AFTER being told originally that I needed to stay with the 4-6 week schedule to maintain effectiveness. This makes it 12 weeks since my last appointment. I was also told it being holidays theres a chance for another reschedule. Ive already paid for service up front, my appointments get cancelled, theyre not staying in line with what they agreed, theyre telling me Im the rude one and its my fault or corporate. Now I dont feel comfortable going back to receive medical treatments. The treatments have not been finished/completed. Id like the rest of my owed balance to be paid in full and be done. There arent other clinics near enough to my location to finish my treatments.Business Response

I had an appointment scheduled for November 6, 2024. I received a call the day before appoint to cancel the appointment. I have been having problems getting appointments in a timely manner at this business. I had to wait of 45 days for this appointment and to receive a call and cancel it was very disappointing. I started the treatments there because I was diagnosed with fatty liver. I was told I needed to get fat off as soon as possible. I was told by the agency representative that I only needed 16 treatments and I should be done by December. I am one month from December and I have had 3 appointments canceled by this business. One appointment I came in got undress and was told they could not treat me without a doctor's release. I did not understand that considering I came there for the fatty liver diagnosis. I asked to ****** this contract because of poor service and the company not living up to what was promised to me. I also asked to speak with a supervisor and was told my concern would be sent to the supervisor. I contacted corporate and they stated I could get the contract extended and they would provide the services for what was missed. I advised, I wanted to cancel this contract for breach of contract. They sent the contract and there is nothing in there about non-performance of service or unhappy customers with performance of ********************. They also changed who the original contract owner was also. I started with one company and it changed to someone else. That company would not move my payment date to the 15th from the 11 after escalating that to management as well.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: I contacted this business and was given the same initial response. They will not cancel the contract, but will have a credit on the account until March 2025. I explained that I'm very unhappy with the false representation, deceptive practices, and cancelled appointments. This company does not live up to their promises. I have filed a complaint with *** for those reasons listed above. I went to Ideal Image because I needed to remove fat around my stomach. I was promised results by December. I explained my condition before I was talked into signing up for services. It has really been a big disappointment for me. All I ask is for them to be honest, but they don't care about false representation or deceptive practices to deceive the customers.

I am rejecting this response because: I advised them that I do not want any other service from Ideal Image. I feel like they don't care about people and how I was treated and that I should just take anything and be happy. They have deceptive business practices and false misrepresentation. They had me sign a contract knowing I had fatty liver and provided treatment twice before telling me I needed a doctor's release, which made no sense to the doctor but they gave me one anyway. It was all about getting my money. I want the contract cancelled, why should I pay for services with a company that don't care about people just the money.

In August of 2024, I connected with Ideal image to inquire about cool sculpting for my hip area. The lady on the phone was helpful and seemed knowledgeable about my body type and talked me into 2 treatments of cool sculpting. I paid on the spot in August. I received a call from the local office about my appointment, they needed to cancel due to an employee out on maternity leave, I rescheduled a month out. In September, I cancelled the appointment due to a death in family actuality there was 2 deaths in my family that took me out of state, I came back, reached out to the local office, they asked that I schedule a consultation with them so I agreed, went in, spoke to the nurse, she tried to talk me out of the peels, I tried to call back to schedule and the person I spoke to said she would look into switching my cool sculpting over to peels due to hip surgery it has been 5 days since she said she would get back to me and now I called the mail office in ******* to see about a refund of my $2000.00 and they said no refund based on your contact. I spoke with someone at ideal image in ******* she said that she will not refund my $2000.00.If this company is okay taking my money and not offering or delivering a service to me that I in good faith paid for. Theres nothing more I can do but I will make sure everyone knows about this.

4 months later and I still havent received any satisfactory response. Wow!

Hello,I paid $3,500 for a package of treatment that they are not honoring. I spoke with ********* a week ago and has yet to receive a follow-up. I can assure you that taking my money and taking advantage of a 60-year-old is unacceptable. If I have hire an attorney, I can do this. I am rejecting this response because: I spoke to ***** ( IDIEAL IMAGE) on October 24, 2024, and he told me that the client care team would escalate my complain and I was given a case number #********. I am also attaching the email showing that my appointment was at 2:00 on 10-23-24 NOT at 2:30 which was argued by the store. I have had a phone call from the 800 number but when I called back they didn't know who called me. No further response has come from the store. I do no want to go back to that store b/c I am not willing to be a pin cushion for who took over Virginias place and since nobody there seems to know what is going on. They made me wait over 45 minutes to been seen then they said they would have to review my chart b/c I had breast cancer which they had been treating me all along. I am seeking council b/c nobody told me that was a issue. I want a refund of my money and a late fee for the visit that they made me wait. If I was ever late it is a $75.00 late fee and in reality my late fee is $285.00 which is what i make a hour so my time is just as valuable as theirs is. Really ****** me off the entire situation b/c they act like they are so busy when i go there nobody is there except the two front desk lady's and the tech and the manager the rooms are vacant as where the one bathroom so what do they do b/c they were not reviewing my chart. I was not told in my interactions or when signing up for the financing for services that if I choose to cancel the initial services or reschedule that I would still be responsible for paying for non-services rendered. This was brought to my attention after speaking to a representative at ******* where financing was obtained and they told me I needed to contact Idesl Image to notify I did not have services, they also did not update me I would still need to pay for services. When I contacted Ideal Image on 11.4.24 to discuss the situation,,was communicated by the representative, it is outlined in the fine print that I had signed, It was never discussed in the consultation conversation when discussing financing nor was is it brought to the attention of the potential client. Date: 8/27/24 Amount: $4000.00 Business committed to provide CoolSculpting treatment, 6 areas.Nature of the dispute is that it didn't work, I was never met with by a doctor, when I tried to cancel my appointment I was told I would not receive a refund so I decided to move forward with the procedure. I told I would only need 1 treatment and no one ever followed up with me on the procedure. Machines that were used were not marked with the cool sculpting brand or logo. There has been no noticeable decrease but a definite increase in the treated areas. I assumed it was swelling from the procedure but 2 month later and the swelling has not went down, nor have I lost any inches, but gained. I was told I was a candidate and believed this because I am not overweight (135lbs) and only has minimal fat in the treated areas. I did not contact the facility as I felt that I was scammed and that is my own fault. They also were no help when I attempted to cancel. On 10/15, I paid $599 for a syringe of lip filler and received the service. However the techincian only used half of the syringe of filler and I asked to come back in in two weeks to receive the other half that I had paid for. They made an appointment for me for 10/29. I was told by one of the employees on 10/16 that everything was fine and to come in for my appointment. The manager called me on the morning of 10/29 and said that I would have to pay another $599 as they cannot give me what I have already paid for as they threw it away. I asked how this was fair and legal and she said that how they do business. I honestly just wanted the service that I had paid for but now I would like reimbursed $299 for the product that I did not get. I signed a contract with Ideal Image on February 1st for laser hair removal treatments. I was charged $3,961.44 for only two treatments, which were misdiagnosed and improperly administered. Despite being pale-skinned with darker hair, Ideal Image placed me on the *** laser. I raised this issue with them, but they continued to ignore my concerns.Before I signed the contract, the previous clinical manager at Ideal Image in ******* assured me that if any complications arose, Ideal Image would refund me and cancel the contract. I was planning to request a refund and cancel the contract, but the staff did not take my concerns seriously. Before I could formally request a refund and cancellation, Ideal Image in ******* closed without notifying me, and they continued to charge me for services I never received.The Ideal Image location in *****, according to both customer service and the clinical manager, has access to all my information and contract details. Given that they can "resume" my treatments, I don't understand why they can't refund my money and cancel the contract, as they have access to all my information. Ideal Image claims that ****** is responsible, but I signed the contract with Ideal Image, and Troika was never mentioned when I signed.They refused my request for a refund and cancellation, only offering the option to continue treatments at their ***** location, which is an hour away from where I live. I no longer wish to continue treatments because I don't feel comfortable as I was mistreated, charged for services I didnt receive, and the Omaha location is inconveniently far. However, Ideal Image is still responsible, as both ***************, L.P. and Ideal Image had an agreement. Additionally, I have not received an answer to my question regarding the fact that, if Ideal Image in *****, NE stated that they are able to resume services "as if they never ended and continue with the payments", why is it that Ideal Image cannot refund me and cancel my contract per the terms stated in the agreement? Furthermore, was it Ideal Image or ***************, L.P. that processed the payments I was charged? The Ideal Image app indicates that Ideal Image was the recipient of those payments. went in February for a consult regarding my jowels and under eye bags, I have had things done there before; **** told me ulttherapy would be ideal for me and would get great results. Had first procedure done with her and it was horribly painful in my lower face area and she said it was normal. following few days I had terrible bruising and swelling and numbness; again told it was normal and told me to buy bruise cream, which I did. I went to second session and ***** did it and she told me she would have never recommended ulttherapy to me and that I was not a good candidate. She then said the reason I was in so much pain and now numb is that **** did nerve damage. I was then told to wait the 6 months to see if things got better with numbness and results. It didn't. I still have numbness on both sides of my face. I then tried to reach a manager or something, finally after many attempts ******* from their office asked me to come in and she took photos and said she was going to talk to their doctor about the numbness and meet with her colleagues to determine what to do about the fact that I had poor results (none). I eventually spoke to her after again calling a few times and was told the doctor said I likely had permanent nerve damage. She also said no decision on the results. I waited another week and called again. ******* said all they were willing to offer was a phototherapy session. How do you offer a good customer 1 phototherapy session when their face is permanently numb and no results at the cost of almost $2,000? Let alone the fact that you need more than 1 phototherapy session for that to even work, which would be at MY COST. I said I wanted to speak to the District Manager and she said she would reach out. Once again I had to call and spoke to the manager ***** and said I wanted to speak to the District Manager. She said she would have her call me still nothing. Why would a customer invest more money when they are treated like this, they have one of their own employees tell the customer that they would never have recommended the treatment that was recommended initially, and their idea of customer service is do not offer some sort of refund or a full service of another procedure that may help the situation at hand. I am rejecting this response because: I was not given the agreement until AFTER I paid via an email with my receipt. Not to mention not given the before and after treatment documentation ***** told me I should have received. This is obviously a lets see what we can convince people to buy and not be accountable. What kind of customer service is this? I would have been happy with a FREE COMPLETE procedure of what was suggested after seeing my pictures that I was asked to come in to do in August - I mean what was the purpose of having me do that? But to only offer a discount toward only 1 session of a procedure that usually requires a few? Its insulting and evident that money is more important than customer satisfaction and thats disappointing considering I have been a repeat customer for over 13 years.

Misleading the consumer.Has the business tried to resolve the problem: No, when I told the Coolsculpting specialist, that I did not really notice any change after the last treatment, she told me, to come back in 2 months, and within the 2 months you should be able to see the results. As you can see in the photo I provided as of today 10/22/2024; my stomach is still swollen and the procedure made it worse than before I had the procedure. My stomach is bigger, and I barely can keep my jeans zipped.Issue involves advertising: Yes, I saw the Coolsculpting photos results on Ideal Image website which encouraged me to inquire about the procedure and then go thru with the procedure. I saw Ideal Image 'photo gallery' around January 2024, which made me set an appointment to have the work done.Business Response
