      I have attempted to cancel a simple appointment due to the fact they couldn't get me the treatment for over a month. I received treatment at another location. They are now harassing me and refusing to give me a refund for services I never received. I was never informed that I could not get a refund if I cancelled the appointment. This company has seriously unethical business practices and trys to trick people into services telling them that NEED them. This is a purely cosmetic no one NEEDS these services. They won't stop calling me and trying yo retain me as a client. After this nightmare I will never be a client of yours. Leave me alone and give me my money back.

      Purchased a very expensive Laser Hair removal package directly from Ideal Image. They closed the location (****) and have no other locations in ********** for me to go to. They will no refund any of my money back and are continuing to charge me for a service they will not provide.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The agreement for services and payment was made directly to Ideal Image. Regardless of what agreements they made with another provider, I contracted with Ideal Image. If they are unable to service me as in this case. They need to cancel the contract and stop charging me for a service they no longer provide. 

      To ask me to travel to their closest location which is a 5 hour drive away is completely an unacceptable option.

      I am rejecting this response because:  Again,  I contracted for services with Ideal Image. I paid Ideal Image directly for these services. It does not matter who Ideal Image contracted with  I did not contract with anyone other than Ideal Inage. They have knowingly committed fraud by promising me a service and taking my money and then cancelling the service without refunding. They say they have provided me with an outside company to get a refund from, however that company does not respond and are not liable because I did not contract with them.  

      I would like to file a fraud claim against Ideal Inage at this point.

      11/7/2023 I signed up for Cool Sculpting through Ideal Image. I found out afterwards that because of a bruising disorder I was not able to do this. I have been trying for 7 months to get a refund from this company. I canceled all appointments, and have never stepped foot in this place. I talk to one person, they will turn over to corporate. Never heard from corporate. I call again and speak to clinic manager *********** Master in February. I call to speak with her again, left messages, no return calls.I am contacted in March by a woman named ***** who says she will help me. I have just left the hospital with a collapsed lung and have been told I have lung cancer.I received a credit to my bank account of $151.98 which I paid by credit card above & beyond my check of $8500.00.On March 30th I received a letter from the finance company (Patient Fi) that they were going to refund me $7887.02.I called them and explained that I had paid them in full $8500.00, why am I being shorted $612.98?They agreed that I had paid in full and that I needed to contact Ideal Image.I called to talk to ***** and I was told I have to talk to clinic manager, *********** Master. I have called repeatedly at least 7 times. I have been told she is out of town, in a ******** **** will give her a message. She has NEVER returned any of my calls. They have told me I cannot talk with *****, who had been so helpful before.On 7/3/2024 I emailed **** Le Master and told her I ha e repeatedly tried to contact her with no answer. I want to know why there is a discrepancy of $612.98 in my refund, and when this will be refunded to me.

      Location: ***************************************************** I paid approximately $533 for fillers at Ideal Image. When I got there, it was already paid. I took a loan out for this. I paid the previous days then they say I can&#**;t get fillers because I had an allergic reaction to penicillin. They said they don&#**;t have someone there to help me in case I went in to shock. They made me get it all in botox. They said I could get botox which I have to get every 60 days. The botox doesn&#**;t show up for 2 weeks. The whole thing was for instant gratification and the fillers last for 2 years. The whole point of getting the fillers was because they more permanent and have to go back every 2 years for this. The rep said I can get the most botox for my money. I financed this over the phone. I got one invoice for $1600 and they sent me another invoice for $0 so I asked did this mean I was getting a refund. They said no. I would like to get my money back because I want fillers.

      I have service contract with Ideal Image. They have contract that says I have to use the 8 services within certain time frame. I have had 2 treatments. 1st treatments was my original appointment. 2nd appointment they canceled my original appointment and made me reschedule. So I did and went. I sent up my 3rd appointment and they ended up canceling that appointment also and said I would need to reschedule. I called to cancel since they clearing are not a company that keeps scheduling appointments. They said I couldnt cancel but they could move to to one of there other locations. There other locations are all over hour away so that solution does not work. Very disappointed with the service they have provided. I have at this point paid over thousand dollars to them and service has be lacking. I have now stopped paying them as I have no other choice since they continue to cancel appointments and wont cancel by me requesting. Not reputable company and they just take your money then make it hard for you to schedule appointments to get service because they keep canceling the appointments that get made.

      This client is on a monthly payment plan with HFD ( third Party Lender) for treatment. She purchased a package of 8 treatments, she has received 3 treatments valued at $511 per session. She owes $1533( Treatments) $299( Membership Fee) which totals $1832 in total and has only paid $1381.16

      This client has not spoken with our client support team for us to go over the break down and explain what is owed, It appears she has received this information from the clinic.

      We have continued to reach out to her daily to speak but our calls are not returned.  Until we can obtain a signed release out of the contract she will continue to be charged up to the total contract value of $3365.04

      We are happy to resolve this client with only what is owed for treatment but need to discuss this with  her and have her sign the release which we do not send until discussed

       I will not pay you any more money than what I have already paid you. Your company did not provide adequate services. My online account shows cost of ******************** was $3365.04 for 8 sessions which is $420.63 per session so not sure where your number are coming from. So 3 sessions would total $1261.89 and I have paid $1381.16 therefore I have overpaid for the services already. 

      If you need a release form signed then send it to me via email. You do not need to continue to speak to me when I cant sign the release form your wanting signed over the phone.

      I initially, accidentally posted this as a review instead of a complaint on 6/26/24 They auto-renewed a membership for 2 years without me being notified and/or having the opportunity to say no. I found these (2) charges for $317.99 each by mistake on my **** card. They said they will reverse this year's inappropriate charge because I called withing 30 days of the charge but will not reverse the 2023 inappropriate charge because, according to their policy, I did not notice it in a timely basis. Now, I have to go to my **** card and dispute the 2023 charge. Then, on 6/27/24, I noticed they responded to my review (without talking to me) that the "matter was resolved." I called them to ask why they think it was resolved, and as predicted, they gave me the company policy and why I was not going to receive a refund for my unrequested unsubscription renewal. Again. Beware.

      I am rejecting this response because: On my **** card, I noted an inappropriate charge of  $317.99 for a 6/21/24 visit to Ideal Image *********
       
      As a result, I searched for other similar transactions and found another $317.99 charge for 6/22/23.
       
      I did not visit on either of those dates, and I certainly did not sign up for any recurring charges/membership.
       
      [Note: The charges for 6/22/22 and 6/29/22  ($1,274.16 and $250.00, respectively) are appropriate.]
       
      On 6/23/24, I sent an email to Ideal Image (enclosed) explaining that the two charges of $317.99 were inappropriate charges and I would like them to be reversed.
       
      On 6/24/24 and 6/25/24, I spoke to Ideal Image ***************) numerous times about the two charges of $317.99.  They informed me that they were for an ongoing subscription. I explained that I never asked for, was never notified about, nor did I ever use a renewable subscription.  They said they notified me of the renewable subscription each year which is false I thoroughly searched my emails, including Spam/Junk folders and found no communications.
       
      They indicated they would reverse the 6/24/24 charge for $317.99 because I called to cancel within the 30-day period of the charge.
       
      They refused to reverse the 6/22/23 charge for $317.99.  It is this charge that I am disputing.

      Paid over $3k for laser hair removal treatment and it was unsuccessful. I contacted Ideal Image about being unsatisfied about unsuccessful treatment. Due to a clause in the contract stating that services are non-refundable they will not stand by their product and support their clients other than offering 2 more treatments. This is unethical that they are charging thousands of dollars and not guaranteeing results. The resolution from Ideal Image is unethical and unacceptable.

      On 6/14, I had a virtual consultation for cool sculpting and scheduled my first treatment for the end of July. I made a down payment of a little over $1200 and agreed to pay $311 for the next eight months. 10 days later, we found out my husband needs surgery and will be out of work for several weeks. I immediately called to ask if I could cancel that treatment and get a refund of my down payment. I said I was still interested but now is not the best time. *******, a supposed manager, actually laughed at me when I explained my situation and said I had only had 3 days after my down payment to change my mind. I havent even had anything done yet!

      I wanted to do coolsculpting. I was told I would get 50% off on the website but they lied. I got 29% off. I was traveling and couldn't call to cancel. This happened 6/13. I called the loan company and they said to call ideal image. I called them and they won't cancel the loan. I have not received any services from them and still they won't cancel this loan. I try talking to the manager but she won't call me or help me. I need the loan cancel asap. I don't want pay a loan for ******* when I have nothing done.

      I received a ****** welcome credit to use on future treatment. I called ideal image and they refused to use this credit. I have to pay for something I can't use. They are a scam. I received the email *********. I called so many times and they tell me they have nothing about that credit but it was received from ideal image. I want my money back. They are a fraud.
