    This all happened in under 24 hours. Everything arrived in beautiful condition - no damage - due to the Vanity Van Lines that they showed. We are so grateful that they responded so quickly and thoughtfully. I highly recommend Vanity Van Lines in every way.

    I took some time to really write an honest review with less anger and broader terms for the next person reading the review of this “company”. I could have went with another company but after talking to Josh, he assured me his “company” was the best. I even called out the bad reviews to him and he assured me it wasn’t going to be that way. I sold most the larger furniture and in fact had everything fit in a 2 car garage ready for the move. I was told the movers would help with the only item we left upstairs (treadmill) but when they showed up in a tiny truck (I’ve moved many times and they undershot the truck extremely) they were small guys and they said they wouldn’t move the treadmill so my husband, son, and I had to. Then they requested under the table money cash for them to go get another truck. Then we were charged an additional 4000 dollars once everything was already loaded and in their possession. Trying to get ahold of them was a nightmare. Josh fell off the face of the earth immediately after they left. I cried so hard thinking I’d never get my stuff. I have so many emails, text, and I recorded conversations with how awful they are. I’m really contemplating legal action actually. It’s sickening how they treat people and how they scam them. Also how they communicate and leave you without your stuff well OVER a month! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS BROKER AND OR ANYONE HE IS IN CONTACT WITH! HORRIBLE. Guarantee the good reviews are from people he knows personally because they are complete liars after they get your stuff. You are at their mercy after that! I can go on and on but for now until I take more time to decide on a lawyer… I’m leaving you this with the hope you don’t make the same mistake I did!

    Vanity did a phenomenal job with my move I just had my furniture delivered yesterday & went through everything and found not one thing to complain about. Extremely happy we chose to go with them.

    Josh is a complete scam artist, never told me that total price did not include the deposit. RUN AWAY FROM VANITY VAN LINES AND JOSH.

    Hi Ben. There must be some confusion. Your deposit absolutely went towards your move. We also discounted you $1,578.88 which is higher than your initial deposit of $1,497.33. No company would have moved you without placing a deposit first. We’re sorry for any confusion and we welcome the opportunity to hopefully resolve any issues you have moving forward.
