They charge only for the time spent during the move. Everything went perfect! I'm already recommending it to everyone I know! They're great!

Quality Service! They professionally dismantled our portable container in our warehouse and assembled it back in a new place.

So far I have been horribly disapointed and feel like I have been ripped off.
I received my original quote on 6.12.23 for $2,879.00 which I paid $959.66 deposit.
Right before pick up I spoke to Vanity Van lines and the cubic feet was more than we originally discussed so I received an invoice on 8.10.23 for another $464.34 before pick up which I did on 8.10.23.
On 8.14.23 I received a call from Us Interstate and Rail that is now hauling my stuff & they stated that I owed another $2,614.34 before they would haul it because the cubic feet was even larger. I asked about the $464.34 that I just paid on 8.10.23 to Vanity Van Lines and they did not have a record of it. So I had to pay the whole $2,614.34. Also the estimated delivery fee is now $7,174.00.
On 8.21.23, I called Vanity Van Lines and asked for the billing department. I was told that the money has been credited to my bank account and I would need to check with them to see how long before it would appear in my account. That was a bold face lie. My bank never received anything. I called back on 8.24.23. Asked for billing again. Spoke with Ann Martinez and asked the same questions about my payment of $464.34. She tried to tell me that it would be credited with my last payment at drop off which I challenged her because I was already told it was credited to my account. She hung up on me. I have called several times since then trying to get in contact with anyone that could help. Nt.
On 8.28.23 I called Vanity Van Lines from a different phone and spoke to Ann Martinez. I again requested to know where the $464.34 is. She put me on hold for 5 minutes and then hung up. I tried to call back with no answer.
As of now I am paying a difference of $4,295.00 since my original quote which $464.34 is missing and I am being ignored by Vanity Van Lines. PLEASE PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY.

Dishonest, don’t care about anything you have to say or your concerns. Bamboozle their way into your pocket book.
    Don’t use these people

Very little follow up once down payment was paid, we were given a video estimate of 1550 cubic feet, ended up going over. Was given a 2 day window of when movers would show up. Had disagreement between sales person and QC guy about who was to pack what and what we were supposed to do, movers did packmour
TV and mirrors like we asked but tried to charge us for it. The receiving end was the worst was supposed to call us 24 hours advance prior to delivery they called like 12 hours prior to delivery and said we had to have cash. We did not have time to get to the bank that day so I had to schedule it for later in the morning. When the truck arrived, the driver refused to open the truck to let us inspect to see what was inside until we gave him the cash. I made him sign the contract saying he received the cash he open the door up and the first four or five things they pulled out belong to a different customer not ours. They had red stickers on it. Ours all had yellow stickers on them. When they started unloading are the stuff we saw the mini the stickers had fallen off and in fact, one of our beds had the red sticker on it, but we knew it was our bed so we have them unloaded. When the movers got the furniture all unloaded. We were told they were only had a three hour window and if we wanted them to unwrap and put together things, and if it went beyond a three hour window, we would have to pay them additional money. This was never discussed when we spoke on the phone about the set up. We then found out we were missing things like bed frames glass shelves. We have no idea where they are. We tried contacting Vannity. They said they would have somebody call me back and they never have.

Worse company every I told the company I wasn't sure if the moving date they said you can put money down until it's final when I decided to not use a moving company I've been calling back dispatch said they don't the refund process call customer service I've been calling since June no answer I've been leaving messages no return calls I. Tried dispatch again I pushed the date back so I won't lose my deposit finally today someone answered and told me my reservation was canceled and I don't get a refund because I kept moving the date I had to because they won't answer she was rude. I'm very dissatisfied with vanity and won't recommend them to anyone. I know they have good reviews and that's why I went with them. Rude lady said she will have someone investigate and they will get back to me I will be back on here after I hear from them to let everyone know the out come. Dispatch and customer service needs to get on the same page they answer the phone to take deposits and make appointments but never answer or return calls for a cancelation. I have my call log from the time I knew I wasn't gonna use them voice messages I left more than 5 times I got to the point of just hanging up when I hear the voice-mail. I wonder how many other people they do this to only when you use them service is good don't cancel if you want your deposit back when they say you can get it back.

I booked my move with Vanity Van Lines. My initial conversation with Josh was great. I thought everything would go smoothly. I requested pick up on Saturday but they did not arrive until Monday. It was very stressful. Then when the movers got there they doubled my agreed moving price from $4300 to $8500! I had taken pictures of everything so they knew what I had. I said no. They became angry. I asked them to leave. One of them went down the side of my house and then into my house without my permission. I chased him and he ran throughout my house shutting doors so I couldn’t catch up with him. I had to call the police. It was very scary. I spoke to the owner of the company, another Josh, and he 100% promised me a refund of my $1500 deposit. It’s been 3 weeks now. Nothing!! Worst moving experience of my life. Do not use this company!!! Not worth it.

I used Vanity for my recent move from Brevard NC to Knoxville TN. My initial conversation with them went very well and they gave me an estimate over the telephone asking me to go through each room and describe what I needed them to move along with a description of my storage unit which also needed to be moved. They gave me an estimate and I told them I would call them back after talking with a few other companies. The employee on the phone, after a discussion with his boss, offered me a $1,200 discount if I would sign a contract right away. Thinking that I was getting a good deal I signed a very lengthy contract and sent them, electronically, one third of the price they had quoted to complete the move. The week I was supposed to move the company called again to review the list of items to be moved. At the end of the conversation they told me that the price it was going to cost me was substantially more than the initial quote. In fact it was over 60% more! Since I had to be out of my residence in a week and they had my deposit I was left with no option but to deal with this "bate and switch" rip off. It gets worse though! Vanity ended up pushing my move date back, changed my moving subcontractor, since they hire out other companies to do moves and in the end tried to blame JVA movers for the last part of the disaster. When JVA came to Brevard to move my belongings they didn't even have enough room to transport the furniture in my house and left behind 3 pieces of furniture. As for the material in my storage unit it remained in Brevard as the moving truck left for Knoxville. I had to hire and pay for another company to move the items in my storage unit and the remaining furniture left behind at my house. I've had a number of conversations with Philip and others at Vanity who have been unresponsive. In my mind this company is a scam and I have no idea how they get all the good reviews, and I checked them, unless they themselves are writing them.
