My son’s bunkbed was reassembled completely wrong & now he is sleeping in our living room until it can be fixed. When they couldn’t get the pieces figured out, they damaged the bed by screwing the incorrectly placed pieces together. The bed may require complete replacement, and I have not been able to get the movers to return to fix this issue now that they have been paid & tipped. This is unacceptable.

I've called and texted both **** and ****. **** has responded by text to indicate a willingness to return and correct the issue, but no one has stopped by to date. Please send movers to my location to help, and I'll revise the review to reflect corrective actions.Brothers EZ Moving

5 starsExcellent service from the start!! Prompt reply on my inquiry, a follow up call to ask more details, and easy paying options. I was kept aware of the arrival time by **** which was great. Both **** and ***** very quickly packed my stuff into the truck and unpacked it just as quickly. This wasn't an easy job having to move everything up 4 flights with the elevator broken. I even witnessed them help an elderly man move some boxes on one of their trips down the stairs. I couldn't be happier with my choice and recommend them 100%!!!Review fromLAURA C

5 stars****, ******* and ******* were great to work with! Very knowledgeable about moving and provided excellent customer service. They got us moved out of state wonderfully. They also helped with packing and providing additional boxes when we ran out and also transported our vehicle safely! Upon calling to get a quote and schedule an appointment, **** was very personable and got me scheduled just 2 days before my move date! **** was very helpful in making sure that all my packing needs were met! 5 starsThe movers were on time to both pickups, ***** and ******* as well as our drop off in ************* where it was pouring down rain. 5 stars***** and **** were AWESOME! Everything you want in a mover - good communication, efficient, competent. They gave us a 20 minute heads up for their arrival, which I always appreciate. We had them move some of our items to the new home, and some to a nearby storage unit. They moved everything perfectly, organizing the truck to keep our items separated, based on which location they were going to. Our storage unit was barely big enough to fit everything we wanted to put in it, but **** and ***** organized everything in there in such a sensible way and it ended up fitting! Nothing was damaged. **** was also a clear communicator and I felt comfortable with the quote and details he provided. Highly recommend!
