    10/10 recommend! My move went completely smoothly! Not only did the move go smoothly, I couldnt even find any damage on any of my furniture, and the guys who moved finished a little early! They were diligent in their work without breaks, they didnt even take time to eat despite working a 14 hour day! Absolutely impressive!

    Absolutely awful company to work with. They charged me over $300 for time my movers spent in “traffic” (we left at the same time and I was left waiting at my new move location for over an hour). Items were also damaged, to which I filed a claim. The claims department allotted 30-120 days till resolution. It’s been over 3 months and no word. This company has been dodging my calls and emails.

    BEWARE BEFORE HIRING THIS COMPANY. Be prepared to pay more than they quote you and to be missing items and have damages to your belongings.We were charged for numerous things that they can't/won't justify, such as, 2 service charges at $189 each, charged for an additional worker, (they stated we would have 3 workers, and a 4th showed up the morning of, and we were charged for his time), 'miscellaneous charges', and 'supply charges'. There were many wood items scratched and bumped with dents in the wood, a broken lamp, AND multiple missing items that were never unloaded from the truck that unfortunately, weren't noticed until we were unpacking and looking for the items. NOTE, IF YOU HIRE THIS COMPANY......Be sure you look in the truck and in the 'loft area' above the driver seat before they pull away; once they leave, it's theirs and you won't get the items back. I've been inquiring about the missing items, and the multiple charges that were charged to my credit card with no response. They have not been successful in a reply to the overcharge inquiries, damages, or missing items. All I keep hearing back, is "they will look into it". This has been going on for over a month now.One of the workers was new and was in training while on our $$$ job.Our final bill was over $3000.00. You'd think we would warrant a response on our inquiries. I've now opened a dispute with our credit card company on the questionable charges that they won't address directly with me.

    Hi ****, This is not telling the whole truth. Upon scheduling your move we quoted you with 2 trucks and 4 mover because of the size of the move. You informed us that you would only need one. Then went back to wanting two and then back to one. The 4th mover come to assist with loading and thank goodness he did or your move would have lasted well over 16 hours. You were unprepared for your move. We provided extra blankets at no charge and protected all your furniture to prevent damages. We do everything in our power and no damage was done due to neglect. Moving is hard and sometimes despite our best efforts some minor scuffs and scrapes do occur. You were completely happy at the end of your move and did not reach out about complaints until a month after your move? There were no items left on the truck as operations checks them every morning before dispatching for the day. Any items found are reported to the office at once and clients are contacted for there return. All of this information has been given to you and we have responded to you multiple times. Stating we have not responded is a lie. We strive to provide the best service from start to finish however, we can not please everyone. Canceling payment for services rendered is not an honest way of doing things, so hopefully you are a better person than that. We hope you have a wonderful day.
