      Ordered Product from Lifestyle Keto (5/9/22) then next day(5/10/22) changed my mind and told them I wanted to cancel . They told me shipping label had been processed so I could not cancel. This was ordered with credit card which they processed immediately . Notified that product was on back order 5/23. Once product arriver JUNE 6,22 I requested RMA number mailed product back along with photos to prove product was not opened. On June 10,2022 product was received by company and it took 8 email messages and 3 calls to customer service to get information on my refund. They refused to connect me to billing. I requested that refund go back on my credit card I used to purchase product with. They flat out refused to do that. I was informed an E-CHECK would come to my email address which appeared about 2 days later. It was issued by ********************* out of N Y. I went to my bank the next day and cashed check which ended up having insufficient funds so I am out $173.78!! I have sent 2 certified letters with all information on order, returned product ( as specified by company) copy of notification from my bank about insufficient fund. SO it is now 8/21/22 and still no money back. I feel I have been scammed and they have committed fraud and theft.

      I ordered from life style Keto

      Ketogenic weight loss. The results were disappointing. I have continued to receive packages I received a shipment from the fulfillment center at PO Box 15911 in Tampa

      Florida. USPS tracking# ***************************. After making several attempts to resolve the unwanted shipment,

      I have continued receiving two additional shipments from another fulfillment center PO Box 7000 Smyrna TN 37167.

      1 is USPS tracking # ***************************

      2 is USPS tracking # *************************** Please advise how I can get these not requested, not wanted, products to stop.

      Please note that we do not sell products to consumers. We are a fulfillment company. Kindly provide a product photo so that we can confirm this inquiry is not associated with any of the companies that we provide fulfillment services for. Without this, unfortunately we cannot provide you with information to contact the seller directly for assistance in getting your refund as we are not able to locate the company referenced in your complaint.

      Here are some suggestions that may help you acquire a refund and/or subscription cancellation. Do you have a record of the website you may have made the purchase from? Or perhaps you might be able to dispute the charges with your credit card company? Is there a receipt or invoice that may have the information for the original seller? Additionally, if you look on the label of the physical product, there may be a "Distributed By" listed with contact information for you to get in touch with the seller directly. We take consumer protection very seriously and we want every consumer to be successful in receiving customer service from the original sellers of the products, subscriptions, and any items they have purchased.

      Please also let us know how you received our information. We are happy to assist, however, we are more like the postal service or UPS which is responsible for shipping items rather than refunds that should be provided by the original seller. We certainly understand that this process is frustrating for you and we do not wish to cause any additional inconvenience. We hope that you receive the resolution you are requesting from the original seller. If you do identify the company that sold to you, please let us know so that we can investigate this further. Also, if you know the seller name or shipping name or address, please let us know and we'll search for it. In the meantime, we would kindly request that you remove your review about our company, as we did not sell you the product.
