      I had initially ordered Lifeline Keto on Jan 3rd, 2023. Per their web page, I was not buying into a subscription for this product. NOT TRUE! My account was charged $198.78. (Possible order number-** ************) Which I agreed to. Then on 01/29/23, a second order #******* was sent, and my account was charged on 01/30/23 total of $198.78. #** ************ (This is the order I would like to return) somehow I missed this charge on my account. However, submitting proof of this charge. Received product mid-February, which I never ordered. Still had not started use of this product. March 3 charged again for a third order $198.78, ** ************, which I didnt order. I called your **************** number ************. Which was very hard to obtain. Your company is very secretive, and hard to find correct contact. Asked to return products from third order, which they gave me an RMA number ******* (26) I had then started using your product. Which turns out is a HUGE scam! Does not work. Didn't get a credit... After a month I called again and had to give a tracking **** number, and then they sent an email with credit for $173.78. "Computers for immediate refund were not working" they claimed. They also took out a restocking fee... ?Which was never explained. Tried to call again to return second order now too. However, your phone number is disconnected!!! How convenient is that? I searched for an hour online for another contact of Lifeline Keto. Called a different number- no record of my order, of course... I would like an RMA number and a correct phone number to call you about this to get a credit for the second order #*******. The address I have for you is PO Box **** ******, ** *****. Which is probably no longer in use. Sent email to you May 23rd, 2023- ********************************* no response. How do you expect that people can get 100% satisfaction that you claim, when I can't get a hold of you? Please let me know how this return can be accomplished!!************

      We deeply regret that you could have missed the terms. If you don't cancel your account within 30 days of the order date, your initial purchase automatically enrolls you in a monthly auto-ship program. On the other hand, we are sorry to inform you that each product needs to undergo a sanitary inspection. For that reason, every return is subjected to a restocking fee, which was also stated on our Return and Refund Policy. Upon completing your order, you have checked the box, which means you agreed and understood the terms and conditions.

      As a one-time courtesy, we went ahead and waived the restocking fee and issued a refund for the second shipment as well. We processed your refund of $223.78 through an electronic check. Please check your email ********************* within **** business days.

      Ordered Keto pills. Got first order in January 2023. Decided I better not take them but I was going to keep them until I got another order in February that I did not order. I contacted them about the second order and they refunded my money immediately. They gave me an RMA number for the second order to return the pills. I decided to also return the first order and I placed them in the same box. The package was received by them on February 21. I contacted them on February 28 because I had not received my refund on the first order. They told me that because I did not get an RMA number for the first order they would not refund my money. I told them that was not right. They had the pills back and can resell them and I have nothing. They finally agreed to refund half of my money which I have not gotten yet. I think they should refund ALL of my money and I want it. Reading other complaints it looks like they are sending checks by email and when they are deposited, they are no good. He did say something about sending me an email so I hope what happened to others won't happen to me, but their no refund policy because I did not get an RMA number, tells me they are not the most honest people doing business.

If you have not cancelled your account has rolled into a monthly subscription as agreed to by the terms and conditions (you had to agree to the terms to be able to place the order). We did not receive a cancellation request from you in the allotted time, so we naturally assumed that you were satisfied with the product and charged you accordingly, as agreed to by the Terms and Conditions.

      As a one time courtesy, we issued a full refund on 02/15/2023 for the second order without the need to return the products. Please allow **** business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.

      I am rejecting this response because: Their answer was to the second order I got.  I was not complaining about that.  I am complaining about the fact that I returned the second order plus the first order under the same RMA number.  Upon calling them, they told me they could not refund my money for the first order because I did not get a separate RMA number. They have 6 bottles of pills back and only refunded me for 3 of them.  After complaining to them on the phone, they agreed to refund half of my cost on the first pills within **** days and it has been over 10 days and I have not received that half refund.  I believe I should be refunded the entire $159.99 for the first order because they have the pills to resell and I have nothing.

      I am rejecting this response because: I will NEVER accept their response unless I get my refund.  They say they won't refund my money but they have the product back.  What do you call that if not theft?  So, I guess we are at a stand still.  They have the product back and refuse to refund my money.  That is a very poor business practice and I hope some day they pay somehow for that business practice.  Maybe enough complaints will be done and no one will buy from them.  They are nothing but thieves.  How else can you describe someone that takes what doesn't belong to them?  And as far as placing my order on 12/24/22, it was about a month or maybe longer before I even received the pills.  I even called and asked the status of my order at one time.  Look that up in my order.  And where on your advertisement does it say if you want to return the pills that you have to call and request an RMA number.  You are just giving excuses to keep from refunding my money pure and simple.  I don't know what the BBB does about things like this, but I will never accept your response unless I get my money.  So do what you have to do BBB.  They aren't going to refund my money, but I sure want something put somewhere to let other poor unsuspecting soles know how they operate their business and not to buy from them.  Also, let's not forget, I was told I would get one-half of my money back on the phone by one of your representatives.  What happened to that deal?  I knew that I was told that just to get me off the phone. I knew the minute I hung up I wouldn't be receiving anything and I didn't.  Very dishonest people working at that company.  I am so frustrated that I let that company fool me.  I have to hand it to them though.  Using *********************** as a user got me to buy the pills.  Never again will I trust any of these companies.  If anything good can come out of this, I learned my lesson.  I won't be fooled ever again.  Enjoy my money because it will be the last you get from me and I hope a lot of other people.

      No one should purchase anything from this company, or even visit its website. On December 5, 2022 I visited the website, but did not complete the checkout process. In fact, I received a text message at 1:54 p.m. from phone number ************ that stated: Hi, XXXX, it's **** from **************** You forgot to complete your checkout and we still have your bottle reserved. Please go to lifebrands.com and you'll also receive an extra discount plus S&H on us! Reply STOP to opt-out. Thanks. On December 5, 2022 at 2:44 p.m. I responded: STOP. On December 5, 2022 at 2:44 p.m. I received another text message stating: You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe. On December 6, 2022 at 10:33 a.m. I responded: Please remove the $198.78 charge you placed on my credit card as the subscription has been cancelled. I contacted (by text) again on December 12 and December 13 requesting a credit. According to the **** although the company created a shipping label on December 6, they did not deliver the package for shipping until December 17th. I filed a complaint with Citibank (my credit card company), and although they had investigated this same company for the same complaints in the past, they elected to reverse the credit they had issued. They are no longer on my favorites list. In any event, NO ONE SHOULD EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. EVER.

      I am rejecting this response because:  I have read the company's boilerplate responses to all complaints filed against them.  It appears to me that they assume no responsibility at all, and are unwilling to refund any monies received in a scam.  I filed a complaint with my credit card company, not my bank, and because of the credit card company's communications with the company they refused to ***** me a refund.   In fact, in reading all of the complaints, I see that other complainants also complained to their credit card company, the same one that I use, CITIBANK, and none were successful in receiving any refunds.  I do not see this as a loss, but an opportunity for a dishonest company to do the right thing before it is too late.  The law also works in mysterious ways.

      My problem is with Lifestyle at PO *********************. There are numerous businesses listed with the same box number. On 5/6/22 I entered my credit card info on Lifestyle Keto website, I did not hit the confirm button and was surprised when the order went through. I immediately emailed to cancel, was told it was too late and would have to return the product. Order number ****** was shipped to me and my credit card billed $198.78. I immediately requested to return, was informed I needed to send photos showing bottles had not been opened. I complied and was told I would be refunded when they received package. **** tracking showed the package delivered to their address first week of June (RMA # ******1029165072). I have been lied to in emails stating the credit has been issued when in fact it has not. This has been going on since June 2022. I have sent many emails and if I did get a response, it was that the finance department would contact me. I tried calling the number *************) - no one ever answers - I have left at least three voice messages detailing my complaint and leaving my phone number. Have not heard one word.This scam is deplorable - not only did they use my credit card info without me confirming the order, they have given my the continuous runaround and now will not reply to my emails.       Thank you for emailing the response to me. I have searched online for Lifestyle Keto and it looks like a definite scam - the company no longer exists. I guess I'm out of the nearly $200. I will say though, there are many companies with the same PO Box number as they had - that seems very suspicious to me. 

      I don't see any way to proceed with this issue, unless you do.

      May 6,2022 I saw a add ************************* promoting her keto gummies I clicked on the add the I had purchased the gummies and more the purchase $273.68. I contacted the number on the site immediately and the woman said that they could not cancel the order that the order is processed and in mail and that they would give me ***** discount and new balance that I paid was ******. The woman I talked to on may 6 also said I would have the purchase in 3 days I had made numerous e call to lifestyle keto requesting my money they told me when I receive my purchase and return the pills back to them I would receive my refund. I did not receive my purchase until june I returned them immediately I had to pay for that and than wait to get the monies returned to my debit card when I tried to have the money put on the card they said it didnt work which was bs that card was good than they said they would send a e check which I did not receive in any email or spam mail. Numerous calls to this company and they said they sent a echeck on june 26 I did not get it. I have emails stating they took the order no other emails I have asked for email conformation of our conversation the rep says they have to email the email ***** The balance is $106.33. Also they charged me a restocking fee of $92.18. this is frustrating Im sure Im not the only person that they are keeping from returning there monies. The run around the give customers Im sure most give up on getting there money back.

      I purchased 5 bottles of Lifestyle Keto in April 2022. After using the first bottle and getting no results I returned the other 4 bottles per their instructions. I got the Return Merchandise Number from them and returned the 4 bottles. They will not give me my refund of $139.03. They indicate they cant apply it to my charge card for some bogus reason and will give me an echeck. They state in an email in June they were issuing the echeck for $139.03. When I questioned the amount they said there was a restocking fee charged. I never received the echeck as promised. I just want the money back I am owed. I have been going back and forth with them since June with no success. Please help me get my money back! I have numerous emails and have called 8/10/22, 8/15/22, 8/24/22, 8/30/22, 9/6/22, 9/12/22, 9/23/22, 9/25/22 and 10/5/22. I dont know how to send the emails to you, but if you give me an email address I certainly can forward all of them to you.

They provided a return address and return number. The return address and number is : Lifr StyleKeto, Att. Shipping ***** **************************************** sent the product via ** ************ I waited 3 weeks and called the number provided *************). I was told that before a refund could be made I needed to provide them my **** tracking number. I did not keep my receipt for thr return product. I assumed the return reference number of ****** would be all I needed for them to process my return and refund. The persons I spoke to, 1st to **** at ********************************** and 2nd to "Sky" never told me I would need my tracking number of the returned product package in order for them to process my refund. Both of these contacts were not disrespectful or rude.I hope you be helpful in getting my refund.       Paid $248.46 on 05/11/22. Returned product (7 bottles) to ***** ** and provided tracking no. as instructed.Charged $35 restocking fee. Inquired about refund 4 weeks later and was told unable credit debit card and e-check would be sent to email.Have called customer support more than 10 times since to check refund status but to no avail. No return calls as promised nor supervisor help. Similiar experience as many other customers and no resolution. Requesting full refund of $248.46 Appears to be fraudulent business
