Ordered Keto Gummies from KETO+ ACV GUMMIES. keep getting additional orders of 5 bottles every few months. have tried to contact them, but haven't found a business address or working telephone number. no invoice. no bill of lading. no return address. sent a letter and returned 5 bottles to the only address on the package; ****************************************************** - No response.I want this subscription to be stopped at the least, preferably with a refund for the last two shipments - the one I returned on May 9, 2024 and the one I just received. $198.78 was charged to my account on December 2, 2023. I ordered 3 bottles of the Premier Keto + ACV Gummies which were advertised as $36.00. Complete robbery and fraud. 5 bottles were sent to me that I did not want. The packing slip had no company name and only P.O. Box ****, ******, ** *****. ****** this and there are multiple company names with this address. I also think they enroll you in a subscription plan that was never agreed upon. The date for the first transaction was 2/2/2023. I ordered ******* Keto Gummies (5 Bottles)$$199.881$$199.88 After receiving that order, I have not other emails with other orders sent to me.The business subscribed me to a monthly order that I did not request, and kept charging my card.Also, two of the shipments were return to sender (I did not do it, but they claimed that it happen). They received them, but deemed them invalid, since they claim it did not follow 'return policy'.They say that no reimbursement is possible. I finally got through to cancel this garbage. I asked about 6 months ago to cancel and of course they never did. I have 6 shipments of unopened product that they will not refund me for. I'm hopeful that the auto shipments stop. I specifically ordered a one time shipment but magically it was sent to me every month at $119 a month. I originally purchased the KetoPrime offer back in June of 2022 and received my order. To my surprise a second unmarked package arrived at my home a couple of months later. I opened it not knowing who it was from. Another 5 bottles of the stuff which I didn't order or want. Called KetoPrime customer service and was told I could not return the original order. Because I opened the second package I could not get a full refund. Had to ship back at my cost and $5 return fee for each bottle leaving a refund of $175. I have yet to see a refund after numerous calls and emails to this company. Latest phone call was today 1/9/2023. Same BS "couldn't find a supervisor" and an "e-check would be send out". I've been checking my email account inbox and spam folder daily and nothing has arrived.Business Response

5/5/22 I ordered Conf #****** for $119.49. Soon after I read many negative reviews & asked to cancel. The company said the order had shipped. They gave me instructions on how to return the unopened package for a refund, to write a specific RMA number on the outside & Return to Sender which I did. They acknowledged receiving it back and said they issued a refund which I never recvd. There were several emails back and forth with them saying to be patient. On May 13, 2022 our **** card was charged $198.78 for BUY KETO PRIME ************.After doing more research, we decided to return the items (unopened) for a full refund. We called the above number and were given an RMA #********* and told to mail it back to ****** / Keto Prime, P. ****************************************** tracking number was ********************** The returned package was picked up at 11:33 a.m. on June 16th.We received a partial credit for $99.39 on May 16th. We called to find out where the rest of the credit was. We were told there would be a restocking fee of $25 and the balance of $74.39 would be credited to our account.After MANY phone calls, and promises of crediting our account, and then telling us they were sending an e-check via email, we STILL have NOT seen a credit to our account or via an eCheck! We were told to look for an email from ************* and then another time we were told it would come from Support@CheckBookThatIOwe. We have checked our emails, spam, etc. and there is nothing from either of those.This has been going on since June and we have made AT LEAST six (or more) phone calls.We have spoken to an ************************, JV?, ******, ***** and others.Today we made one last call/attempt and were told the same thing (by *******) as before. We were told: They show an eCheck was sent to our email. They are notifying their billing department to follow up on it. (IF this was really happening, the billing department would see that NO check has been cashed!!) We asked for a phne number or email for the billing department so we could call ourselves. She then told us they have no direct contact with the billing department??? Then how are they following up with them???? She said she will be getting back to us via email when they hear from the billing department.When we asked where she was located, she said **************.We are at a loss and very frustrated.
