      This company, online as Proton Keto, is a fraud. I ordered one bottle of the Proton Keto Weightloss Gummies for $24.99 plus free shipping. Within MINUTES, my credit card was charged $59.00 and $199.88. My bank, USAA, declined the $59.00 charge and sent me a fraud alert. I contacted the company and was told - less than 30 MINUTES, after I placed the order- that the product had already shipped and they would not do a refund or a cancellation of the FIVE bottles they said I had ordered, plus a monthly subscription. I filed a fraud claim with USAA and had to cancel my credit card to stop the reoccurring "Subscription fee" they were planning on charging every month. Later that day, I complained to the BBB of Tampa, the Commonwealth Attorney's Consumer Fraud Hotline, and the Federal Trade Commission. I emailed the company to let them know and started receiving emails from "Customer Service".. In one email, the company said I could return the five bottles or keep them and accept a $100 refund. Fortunately, USAA was able to get me a refund of the $199.88. Stay away from them !

      Numerous issues with this company, they already received funds totaling 248.46 immediately, emailed me with a half *** bill of sale, tracking number, charged me as part of the sale 49.68 never agreed to, hind site should have checked online compliants. Facebook should also be accountable for allowing scammers to use there platform. I requested a full refund via return email. Charged my account 12/29/2022.

      I have also been scammed by this company. I have documented each call, and get the same script read to me. They 1st ask if it's ok to call you by your 1st name, then apologize, then say they are contacting their billing department and will call you back... it is now 10/28/2022 and I have been yet to receive my refund. They give me the same case #, ******* each time... so if they really were doing anything they would see that I have contacted them multiple times and this is still unresolved. They say there is a problem with my credit card.. which is not true for 2 reasons.. 1st - that how they direct billed me, 2nd - once I provided proof through tracking numbers to them they issued me a partial refund that very day for half of what I was owed saying the 1st half was coming from an electronic check that had already been issued. I am still owed $100 that they say they issued me an electronic check. They even gave me the company they claim to use for electronic checks.... I contacted them and have emails from them that they have never received any direction to issue me any kind of electronic check. The contact # they give for customer service will never resolve your issue and only make empty promises.

      This is a scam! I just wanted one bottle and was tricked into two. Then was charged another $119. I called and canceled. Was offered a half refund and to keep the products or full refund if i returned them. I sent them back just like they said too. At first the customer service were responsive, now I can't get them to email me back. I will never purchase this product again, and will make sure everyone I know, knows this is a Scam.

      I originally ordered five bottles of the Keto and two bottles of the Detox. I changed my mind and returned the bottles unopened. I requested a refund on May 16, 2022. I sent another email on July 13, 2022 requesting a refund and was told I need to call customer support. I called customer support and was told my refund was processed (Ref #******) and deposited to my bank account on July 15th. I was give transaction ID #'s but to date nothing has been deposited. I called on 8/2 and 8/5, was told they were checking. Called on 8/15, billing would be calling me. Called on 9/8, Oliver said billing would be calling me. Called 9/8, was told they would be sending an electronic email and to give it 7-10 business days. Called on 9/22, was told I should have received the electronic email and was given the same transaction ID #'s as back in July. I am frustrated. Every person that answers the phone reads from the same script and nothing is ever done and I do not get my refund. I have never been so disappointed in a company. If I could leave negative stars I would.

      Its a scam. After ordering my first bottle advertised for $69 they charge me $119.49 for Keto Prime and another $49.68 for Prime Detox. A month after they sent me another shipment which was already cancelled and added a Challenge Body mind program for $12.49 which I didn't sign up for. Returned all products and so far have not received any refund. Customer service is non existent and gives you the run around. So far im out of almost $300 which im trying to recoup. Stay away from this company.

      Order # XXXXXX. I place an order with the company and later changed my mind about the product and called to cancelled. I was told to return the item and my money would be refunded. I send the item back and my card was charged again for items i did not authorized. I was told the 1st order rolled into a subscription and that as soon as they receive the items back, which will take about 2-3 weeks to process, that I needed to call back to get my refund processes. I called several times and i was unable to reach anyone so I found their email address and started the inquiry of my refund. At no time was i told that there would be a restocking fee for items returned. I finally called again because the emails was unsuccessful. Then they told me that there will be a restocking fee of $5.00 per bottle ( 5 x $5.00 = $25.00). They robbed me of my $25.00. This company is a thief and gives you the run around. The way their business is set up is to scam you out of your money. I am a disabled individual on a fixed disability income and it was heart broken to know that i was robbed of my $25.00. This company should be ashamed of taking advantage of disabled individuals or anyone for that matter. I want my money back. SHAME ON YOU THIEF

      I honestly wouldn't leave that star, had to check something to continue. Product did not work and I was charged for products that I did not order. Very disappointed in the product and the service. I've sent everything back to them, as per phone calls and emails and have not received any money back for product. They received my package on July 11 2022 at 1:30pm. It's been almost a month now. Never purchase from this company!!!!!!!

      Seriously do not fall for this scam. I did not sign up for any membership and it charges my card every month $196.71 ,the website is no where to be found to cancel anything.I have to change my card number or change banks just to get rid of these monthly payment. Seriously a ******* mess. I demand a refund immediately!

      My order was supposed to be 39.98. I got charged 199.98. I refused the package and returned. Apparently i did not return correctly so I am only eligible for 50% refund..altho they got their whole order back!! What a scam! Do not order!
