    Amazing company and great deals. Their customer service is second to none, they are pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. I was lucky enough to speak to the owner **** and he gave me great recommendations for the pens lover in my life, made me a bit hit!

    As someone with a passion for fine writing (over 300 inks, a wide range of fountain pens from MB to ****), Im connected daily to a vibrant community of people with similar interests and varied levels of expertise. I am delighted to have found Endless Pens through the recommendation of a long time pen aficionado. When I had an issue with a lost pen, the customer service line staff went above and beyond to assist me. I have since purchased more products without any reservations. Delivery is faster than even the most upscale brands. I am especially thrilled about their Hatch Program which helps artists turn their creative dreams into reality. I look forward to more purchases with Endless Pens especially from their Hatch artists!

    Sold a defective product. Then, it was replaced with another defective product and claims I must not like it. This is not the case.

    It is apparent from your threads on various platforms that your intention is to defame our company for reasons unknown to  us as your issue was addressed. One such thread on ******** that shows the extent of your defamation is linked below so that the public can see that you are simply trying to defraud a company.

    My issue was not addressed by the company that sold me the pen in question. I am now paying more to get it resolved. They twisted my words and sent private conversations about ne, discussing what they thought was happening. It was not the truth. And yes, I discussed what happened in related discussion groups. It was confirmed by others that this company does have issues.Bottom line is that I purchased a product that did not meet a new product standard. One expects a new item to perform as advertised. It did not. I am not defaming this business. Simply reporting my experience.
