  Greenhouse has done an excellent job for us. Great customer service and friendly technicians who always stay for 40 minutes to do a thorough job. Highly recommend using them for your pest control.

  They dont respect those they serve,Found **************** called to cancel my service and they dont want to accept it.I called and talked to an actual person and now they say I have to call back and talk to someone else.They are trying to pressure me to stay with them not going to happen

  ****** knocked it out the park. He addressed my ********* ant issue and upgraded me to a lawn spray, which also helped with my fire ant issue. I have full faith in this company. ????

  Great company, I was having a serious ant problem in my lanai area and after just 2 services they were completely gone. My favorite part is I don't even have to be home. I don't have the hassle of dealing with the service at all, they come, treat and when I get home I have a cute little door hanger on my door AND NO BUGS. 10/10 recommend.

  We've been using Greenhouse Environmental for several years now. Today we had a new service **********************, who ususally works in the **** area but was filling in to help out. He was tremendous.....very thorough...asked lots of questions to be sure he gave us the best service. I wish he worked in our area ALL THE TIME....I would request him every time!**************, **********, **

  Geronimo is always great anytime he comes to treat my property. He is THE BEST! He is professional, friendly and always works hard to make me happy. Today I told him that I noticed a few ants getting into my house the last couple days. He got me some traps to put in my house! I really appreciated that.

  I would give this company a negative star but they didnt have them. Beware, do not use this company. They will rip you off, ignore, and not give you the service you hired them for.In 2020 or maybe 2021 I hired this company for pest control. I paid they the money by auto payment. After signing the contract, I never heard from them again. I searched high and low for a good number to contact them. After two months of trying to get a hold of them, they said they were out. I said no they were not! They said the guy will come out and we scheduled a date. Mind you, they were paid initially for service....that I did not get. The date of the reschedule, it was a no show from there company. Again, what a pain it was to get a hold of them and help. So another reschedule. The guy did come out but did half the service. He did not take down any cob webs from lanai, did not remove any hornets nests from exterior walls/ceiling like they said that puts them on a better service and did not spray yard for bugs. So what they heck did they do?! I called them and said cancel! Now they keep trying to do auto payment from my account. I called them, explained how I am not use them. She said is from previous service. I never got any full previous service. I explained to the lady on the phone, I actually thought I got scammed from this place. Do not use this company. The complaints below are true!!!! Now they are my headache that won't go away. I even said revise my bill and I will pay half the service for what I got. And I should charge them for the lengthy time it took me to contact them because they wouldn't contact me after my signing the contract.

  This company is amazing! They did a phenomenal job for the services that I requested. And when I had to reschedule, they worked with me 100% of the time. They are great customer service, technicians are awesome very friendly people. I would use them again if I needed them. Due to financial circumstances I had to cancel, which was very upsetting for me, because I would love to continue to use them. Shout out to ******, she was very helpful when I needed to reach out to them she is professional and courteous as well. I really appreciate the company. When you call, you dont get a long, hold time, and dealing with someone in the company is very easy, it is not a call center.
