      If I could give negative stars I would!! The first service of our yearly contract was awesome. The other three not so great. Our yearly contract was over, I get a text on Oct. 3rd that they scheduled a service for the next day. I had my husband call on Oct. 3rd to cancel their service. We didn't want them to service our place anymore. I get a voicemail Oct. 21st, stating they were out to service our place, and they tried to put payment through, but it couldn't, it was declined as being invalid. So after cancelling the service, they came out again and said they serviced our place and now we need to call them to update our payment card. Good thing my husband had to get a new card, otherwise greenhouse would've charged our card for a service we didn't authorize. When we had the contract, I'd get a text to advise date and time they'd be out to service. This time I didn't receive a text, they just came out.Now they keep calling, and leaving a voicemail that we need to update our payment. I emailed the Pallas Knight, which I believe is the *** and advised that we cancelled our plan, and they need to stop calling and texting me. In that email I said if I get another text or call, I'd be filing a complaint. They won't stop harassing me!!!
