      Octapharma do not value donors for their time and plasma like their website advertisement implies. The companies donor pay are not consistent like other plasma centers such as CSL or Grifols. Say you do not donate 8 x a month. Your $60 donor pay will be lowered to $50 after each donation. And if you stop donating after 35 days they will lower your donor pay to $35. You will have to continue donating on a regular basis twice a week for several weeks until your donor pay is back to normal. To my knowledge no other plasma centers does this but them. They will play with your donor pay and receive a hefty profit when they sell your plasma to Hospitals who are saving people's lives. I don't put the blame on local centers. The issues arise from Corporates policy and procedures to make a profit off of each donor and paying them as little as possible if they do not donate on a regular basis like it's hired employment and your being demoted for not coming to work.

      This my 2nd BAD REVIEW *** It's November 2023, and I have been on an 3 months deferred due to lack thereof of phlebotomists, who couldn't properly do a venipuncture on me after successfully donating numerous times before HOWEVER, I was informed by someone in their higher office that I could come BACK in November 23, to do a venipuncture check to see if my veins are equitable for plasma after successful donating numerous times before but now someone in the lower office has told me now I have been permanently deferred and not even GIVING me the opportunity to have a venipuncture check which is unfair and highly unprofessional. BASICALLY, I was lied to. Therefore, I feel I should be allow to have my venipuncture check first before this decision is made or is this is just what ***************** Center @********************************************************** are doing now and too other donors???Sincerely, could I have the same HIGHER UP Supervisor in MANAGEMENT who called me twice saying that I could come back in November of 2023 after my veins are healed from scar tissues, to call me again , PLEASE...Thank you,************************* Donor 12/28/1969

      Hi my name is *************************, DOB: 12/28/1969 and I'm concern into why was I'd been permanent deferred because of the phlebotomist @ location in *****, ** ************************* correctly. There where plenty of times I've donated plasma successfully because the stick was made properly but yet I'm being deferred permanently because one or two phlebotomist at that center couldn't properly located my veins. I think it's unfair and I need this to be fully evaluate. I have already was deferred 60 plus days but I feel I should have not been permanently deferred since I have been a valuable Donor since 2019. Please look into this matter and contact me back as soon as possible either by phone or email.Thank you for your time and consideration;*************************,
