    **Outstanding service from start to finish!** From seamless online booking with clear updates to a same-day appointment at no extra charge, every step was effortless. **** ********* arrived within hours, communicated what he was doing, and treated my home with the utmost respectno mess once the pipe was fixed. His friendly professionalism, swift turnaround, and thorough cleanup exceeded my expectations and took all the stress out of the repair. Highly recommended!

    July 5th was our first A.C. Inspection experience with Red Cap & all was professional. From making the appointment, to confirming, showing up on time and providing a complete explanation of the issues and alternative solutions. Couldn't be happier with the results! ****** was our patient, detailed, meticulous & thorough technician and we couldn't be happier.

    Redcap plumbing has been servicing my home for years and I’ve always had a good experience with their services, on Thursday my gas water heater leaked out all the water, I called redcap plumbing immediately. They addressed the issue and since it was late in the event the next morning they were out to install the water heater. As always quick, reliable service. Kevin was my technician and he was awesome. Thank you RedCap!!!!

    On 6/7/2025 I called Red Cap Red Cap for a leak under the sink sink in the kitchen at my house.RED cap charged me 705.80 I think I was overcharged ,,this is the last time I called Red Cap, ,l tell my friends not to call them

    I found Red Cap on BBB, Im finding that I need to let everyone know that they did not solve my problem, not even a little bit. They supposedly snaked the drain, he said he went 20 feet. Dont know how, the snake was in a small box. Still clogged. He expected me to pay $400+ for this then tried to sell me another option that was super expensive, said hed deduct the $400 + off of the second fee. I called my Landlord, who I should have called in the first place considering Im new to the area. The clog was NOT taken care of and my Lanlord was able to reduce his fee to $90. Then she sent out her Plumber who snaked it and took care of the clog.
