  The staff at Larsens Pool and Spa were wonderful from the first encounter with them. I checked out another pool company prior to Larsens and the gentleman was aloof and condescending. I walked into Larsens and they were welcoming and kind. ***** took the time to speak to me and told me about the pool building process. She was always there if I had a question. **** was fantastic, he listened to what I wanted and designed our perfect pool. After our pool was complete, ****** did a wonderful job showing us how everything worked. He even came back to answer our crazy questions. I ask myself everyday (while enjoying my beautiful pool) why I didnt do this sooner!

  My wife and I met with *** from the Larsen’s team in Spring of 2024 in an effort to start our planning process for a backyard redo with pool and cage for our Tampa home. We had friends who had used them and were one of the few companies that we didn’t hear any disaster stories with. After a few months of figuring out what we wanted and meeting with a few other companies, we had always felt the best with ***. Prior to our first meeting I got a call from owner **** Larsen and that also really helped us feel good about the company. Fast forward to around September we signed a contract and picked out our finishes and finalized our design. The planning process and communication for changes and such with *** was as smooth as it can get. He was absolutely fantastic in helping us figuring out different parts of the design.
  In early October we had some unexpected delays due to the hurricane. After reaching out to *** they let us know that we had the option to delay, or cancel, with no real penalties. Luckily for us we had still wanted to move forward with the pool project but just had to wait. So we agreed to push start date to Jan. I cannot imagine what could have happened if they were not willing to work with us on this, safe to say this alone would have us pick them again and again because I know every contractor isn’t so helpful in these situations.
  Once the actual build process started we worked with ****. They moved quickly from dig to swim in about 8 weeks or so. We had a couple small miscommunications between the design, some minor changes, and ****/contractors. All of those miscommunications were quickly remedied. The pool came out amazing. ****** and **** from the startup and maintence team were great and super helpful in learning everything.
  We would not hesitate even one bit to recommend Larsen’s and would use them again in a heartbeat. We love our new pool!

The team’s professionalism, attention to detail, and exceptional quality of work far exceeded my expectations. A special thank you to ***** and ******, my sales representative, and ****, my project manager. My experience at the design center was amazing. ***** acknowledged my ideas, shared her thoughts and provided guidance to create an amazing design. My design was transformed into a digital format which was helpful to visualize the project. ****, my project manager, was truly outstanding from start to finish. **** was always available and kept me informed through every step of the project which made the entire process smooth and stress free. After my pool and spa were installed, I had the pleasure of working with ******. He completed my initial pool startup. ****** was very kind, considerate and patient. I appreciate the time he spent to clearly explain and demonstrate the necessary steps to maintain and care for my pool. Larsen’s level of care and personal attention speaks volumes about the company’s commitment to excellence. Larsen’s Pool & Spa did everything they said they would do on time and with the highest quality. I highly recommend them if you are looking to install a pool and/or spa!

  The experience of building our in-ground pool was incredibly positive, thanks to the exceptional project management. From the initial design phase to the final touches, the team was professional, communicative, and always went above and beyond to ensure our vision was realized. They managed every aspect of the project flawlessly, making it a seamless and stress-free process.The project manager was exceptionally responsive and kept us informed throughout the entire process. They proactively addressed any questions or concerns we had, and always made themselves available for meetings.Finally, the attention to detail was above my expectation. As an example, ******** ********** noticed the width of the marble coping tiles was too thin and had the manufacturer come to our home to visibly see the problem and commit to fix it. Incredible experience.

  Were so glad we chose Larsens to build our pool. The finished product is beautiful, but more importantlyits made a real difference for our family. My husband is a veteran with a brain injury, and water therapy has become an important part of his recovery. Having a pool at home means he can move, stretch, and build strength in a way that works for him. That kind of freedom is something we dont take for granted.Everyone we worked with was helpful, respectful, and took pride in making sure everything was done right. Its clear this company cares about the quality of their workand it shows.Were truly gratefulnot just for the pool, but for what its made possible. Highly recommend.

  This is the 4th pool we put into our homes and by far this was the best experience we have ever had. Everyone at Larsens pool was knowledgeable, friendly, outstanding communicators and did everything they said they would do on time and with the highest quality. They also welcomed push back on their recommendations and allowed us to have things our way . but also made sure we didnt do anything stupid!!!   I've had a fantastic experience with Larsen's Pool company. The team from Jeff, Drew and John were professional and reliable. My project manager John was always available and kept me updated through every step of the way. I really appreciated the app it allowed them to upload pictures of the daily work, which kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend them if you are looking to install a pool!
