After extensive research and getting bids from three different companies, we chose ******** Pool and Spa for our pool remodel and we couldnt be happier! What really sealed the deal was speaking with multiple references, two of whom had recently completed renovations in our neighborhood and raved about Larsens work.From start to finish, our primary contact, **** ******, was an absolute standout. He anticipated every need, was always on it when anything required attention, and consistently checked-in to ensure everything was progressing smoothly. Honestly, hes one of the best project managers weve ever worked with! The entire team, including **** ******, ******, and *****, was professional, responsive, and always available when needed.Our project included a full pool renovation: new Pebble Tec, waterline tile, travertine decking, a new sun shelf, all-new pool equipment (switching from chlorine to salt), Nebula lighting, and a stunning panoramic screen enclosure. The final result is everything we dreamed of!If you're looking for a top-tier, reliable, and highly professional pool company, look no further than Larsens. We highly recommend them!

A heartfelt thank you to Larsens Pool and Spa, not only for a job well done but also for a pleasant, anxiety-free, enjoyable construction experience.I gladly share my appreciation and satisfaction because of one thing: Your team delivered on every single promise made to me before signing a contract.My project was a total renovation/salvage of a 1960s-era pool that was the only thing left behind after a blighted, run-down home was demod in preparation for new construction.The new build is our forever home, or as my wife has named it, our pine box. By any name, it is the home we have always wanted and will enjoy through our golden years.Larsens work made that old, ugly and dilapidated pool look new, fresh and fashionable now a backyard focal point of the new home it compliments.My three previous experiences with pool construction had been far from satisfying actually disappointing and, by the end, adversarial.This time it was a pleasure.From start to finish, from sales (***************************), to construction (*********************), and finally to start-up (******), your team was cooperative, knowledgeable, patient and just nice people.Helluva job delivered on time.It was great doing business with you.Larsen's Pool & Spa, LLC

My name is ****** ********. I love my home. Back in 2016 Larsen's Pool and Spa updated my 35 year old pool. They completed the work when they said they would and were very informative, polite and efficient. As I continue working with this company for over 8 years, they keep coming up with new and innovative ideas! Now, I love my home even more! I just had new lighting installed. The work was completed by Nebula Lighting and Gemstone. The price was right, they did what they said they would and completed the job within 4 hours! Wow! I didn't even know they were here and all of a sudden they were finished! The front of my home was a little dark. Now, I pull in my drive and (WOW!) the lighting and house are beautiful and inviting. I walk thru my front door and see the living room, lit up pool and beyond to the golf course. Everything is so light, airy and beautiful. My home is truly my oasis!! Just worked with ******** to build a new pool, lanai and screen enclosure. I can highly recommend ********! Since purchasing the home, I've wanted to build a pool but was nervous of the overall process and many news stories of pool companies leaving their customers hanging. I did a lot of research beforehand and spoke with a few companies, I didn't get a good feel from any of them. Then I found ********. As you start the process, you get a direct phone call from the owner who discusses the process overall. From there I worked with **** on design, who was very receptive and easy to communicate with. We had fun picking out the various design features in the showroom. Once the work began, **** was project manager. **** was phenomenal to work with and the build process was seamless. Always reachable and communicating the next steps along the way. **** always answered questions and accommodated if I needed a scheduling adjustment. There were trades working here every week during build and no long periods with no activity. The pool was delivered ahead of schedule and looks fabulous!Of all the companies I spoke with, ******** had a higher quote but with this big of a project it is worth every single *****. The ability to reach the owner, the quality of staff on design and PM, and the comfort the overall process is being smoothly managed with minimal disruption was absolutely worth itLarsen's Pool & Spa, LLC

Overview: We recently installed a backyard pool, and it has completely transformed our outdoor living space. Design and Aesthetics: The pool has a modern design with clean lines that blend seamlessly with our backyard landscape. The tiles are of high quality and add a touch of elegance. We opted for a natural stone deck which complements the pool perfectly, making the whole area look like a luxurious resort. Functionality: The pool comes with a variety of features that make it both fun and practical. The built-in lighting system is fantastic for night swims, creating a relaxing ambiance. The filtration system is efficient and keeps the water crystal clear with minimal maintenance. We also added a heating system, which extends our swimming season by a few months. Installation Process: The installation was handled by a professional team who were punctual, courteous, and skilled. The entire process took about three weeks from start to finish, including excavation, installation, and finishing touches. In September 2023, I hired Larsens to resurface my pool, add some water features/lighting and redo my whole pool deck and cage. They did a fantastic job! They started the project the first week of October and we filled the pool end of the first week of December. The job was done quickly and efficiently thanks to my Project Manager *********************. ********************* was extremely helpful in helping me to plan the whole project . Everyone was helpful and easy to work with. I love my new pool, deck and screen. They definitely exceeded my expectations! I'd highly recommend them!!Larsen's Pool & Spa, LLC

We did our due diligence in researching a reputable pool company in the Tampa Bay area. We chose Larsens ********** to create our outdoor living space with no regrets. Larsens completed the job without delay and exceeded our expectations!Our experience at the design center with **** was amazing. He acknowledged our ideas, shared his thoughts and provided guidance to create an amazing design. Our design was transformed to a digital format which was helpful to visualize the project. It was a pleasure working with ****. Our construction manager **** was very knowledgeable, possesses excellent communication skills, well-organized and displayed professionalism. **** was on-site and proactive during construction. He clearly communicated every step with us, by keeping us informed and always returning our calls. He truly cared about our project, and it showed in his attention to details. ***** hard work, continuous efforts and organization skills were the driving force to keep things moving forward with an end result of our project being completed prior to the date promised. He is an asset to Larsens and we are grateful for all of his hard work and efforts to get the job done!After our pool and spa were installed we had the pleasure to work with ******. He completed our initial pool startup. ****** was very kind, considerate and patient. We appreciate the time he spent to clearly explain and demonstrate the necessary steps to maintain and care for our pool. From the very beginning, the process was wonderful. It starts with the design team which there is no pressure and they do not push you to buy all the bells and whistles. They work with you and go with what YOU want. Then you meet the project manager, and goes over the work in detail and gives you the timeline of what's to come, no surprises. The crew were all exceptionally professional and were dedicated to their craft. I got to know the tile crew as they were the ones with the most work. Very meticulous and attention to detail, as the outcome was perfect! In actuality the pool renovation was completed ahead of time! One thing I really like about ******** is the commitment they put into their customer. They're there for you! So all in all, from the demo crew to the pool maintenance guy, all professional, open communication. I would highly recommend ******** for those seeking a new pool or a renovation. In fact a friend of mine plans to use them on a renovation. I can't wait to use my pool this coming season! Bottom line is if you want a no hassle, pressure free, no hidden fees, or fake promises experience, go with the one and only ******** Pool and Spa! The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. They were quick, thorough and always available. I never had to wait for someone to get back to me during the process and was always willing to change anything I didnt agree with. They were extremely professional and did exceptional work. I never felt that my job wouldnt be completed in a timely manner and I never felt the horror stories you hear from people who use other companies. They completed the job in under 3 months.
