      Terrible- already in an awful situation with the auto being recovered but before even 24 business hours they have removed the items from the vehicle and dumped all in trash bags. Took off the plate (which I understand) but did not take off the front vanity plate to return that to me provided the car wasn't going to be recovered by me. They left some things in the car that I guess they wanted because not all my items were bagged. Ripped off my Sun pass. All of this could have waited two days. So therefore, I am replacing things that weren't really necessary. Caused even more damage. Just a heads up definitely make sure you get all your items if you don't recover your car. Luckily I did so I got it back, but they seem shady as far as that goes.

      We understand that the removal of your SunPass and other personal property from your vehicle may be inconvenient. However, due to requirements set by our lienholders, we are obligated to remove and inventory all personal property from vehicles within 24 hours. This is necessary as vehicles are often transported to auction within 48-72 hours.

      We remove SunPasses as a courtesy to our customers, as many choose to reclaim personal belongings after their vehicle has been transported. We recognize the importance of these items and hope this service minimizes any potential disappointment.

      We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
