Quality roofing placed a new roof on my home in 2018. During the roofing process ,l found the crew to be incompetent and discovered poor workmanship and inferior materials were being used. I brought this to Mr. ****** ******* attention. I thought that the problems were corrected, but now Im finding myself after six years that the roof is leaking.(I brought it to the attention of EhsanSiddiqui 1year ago)At that time, he came out, glued one tile down and said let him know if I see more evidence of it leaking. at that time, I told him I felt there was water underneath the material as I could see bubbles and soft areas. Now you can definitely see ***** spots inside on the ceiling and wet to the touch in areas. He has stated that the company will take care of the problem with repairs if They feel its defective and Leaking but I must first sign a contract stating that I have to pay $300 for them to come out plus $100 per person per hour and materials if they disagree with **** feel that is unfair and that a qualified individual should come out and check my complaint as a roof should not leak after only six years if done properly. I am asking that mr. ******* meets with me at my property so I may show him the problem . I feel that a contract that they are asking me to sign is unreasonable. I paid approximately $12,000 for the roof and at the time endured much anxiety. It would not hurt them to extend a little customer service. They state in their advertisement that they are a company that stands behind their customer service ethics, their good name, and the quality of work that they advertise they provide. I am not asking for anymore than what they say they provide. Please help me to take care of this problem as soon as possible hurricane season is upon us.Thank you, *** *********************)

    Hello,
Please see below notes and timeline of events regarding this complaint.
2018  Completed shingle reroof with small flat roof.Customer was not happy with the crew we had onsite or the material that was signed off on during the proposal process. We reassigned this project to a different crew and reviewed material specifications again. We completed the project in a timely manner and passed all entity inspections. Homeowner was provided with a 5-year workmanship warranty and a material warranty per the manufacturers specifications.
2024 Customer called our office and stated that she had a small leak by her front door. At this point she was out of warranty. The salesman (that has extensive roofing knowledge) went out and assessed the situation and applied sealant in the area at no charge.
2025 The customer contacted the salesman regarding ***** spots in her living room and was not happy that we requested her to sign a proposal at this time. It was communicated that this proposal was to only capture a trip charge if the leak was not roof related, since she is still out of warranty. We get a large number of calls that individuals assume any type of leak is a roof leak, and this is rarely the case. There are stucco leaks, window leaks, door leaks, AC leaks, pipe leaks, chimney leaks, etc. As a company we need to protect ourselves against wasted trips and incorrect assumptions.
Customer sent a fax to our office addressed to our owner that she was not happy with our customer service and that a complaint was filed with BBB. Our General Manager and ****************** Manager (both also have extensive roofing knowledge) were informed of the situation. They made an appointment to inspect the roof on 04/18/2025. Florida has recently gone through two major hurricanes and it is evident that she had minor roof damage from tree debris and normal wear to her roof. We have offered to replace a small portion of the shingles that were damaged from the tree debris. We also offered to remedy her chimney since it is exposed cinder block and porous (not a part of the original scope from 2018). We are offering this at no charge even though she is out of warranty as an expression that we stand behind our company name, even though the recent issues are not related to her reroof from 2018.
She is scheduled to have these no charge repairs completed within the next week and she has agreed to remove the BBB complaint.
