    Our building was hit by a water spout in Aug of 2021. Our HOA Board hired and signed a contract with Quality Roofing to replace the roof. This is job is over $200,000, which includes a sub roof that was not installed until Feb. of 2022. We have been waiting for Quality Roofing to complete the job. We (board members) have tried to contact Quality Roofing several times to get information on what they need, and when they are going to complete the job they were hired to do. They will not answer or return our calls after leaving messages every time we've called. We feel their lack of communication is very unprofessional, and we are now starting to get nervous because the warrentary of the sub roof will expire in Feb. 2023.
