    They are the worst. We signed a contract in December 2023. They promised to replace the roof, put the solar and pay for the first year of the loan. They placed the panels, they didnt pay for the loan, and I still do not have my roof replaced. It took 5 months for the system to be operational so that means I had to pay my electric bill AND the loan. They are not answering any of my calls, emails. This is the worst experience ever.

    I now have a working solar system. This did take time but there was engineering drawings, application for permit, panels, micro-inverters, panel supports and electrical installation, permit inspection, application for net metering, inspection by the utility company and swap out of the home electrical meter by the local utility company. All these things take time. And Volt Solar Solutions handled all of it. The only thing I had to do was initialize the application for the utility company.This crew worked on a very not roof and did exactly what I asked of them. When I requested they include things I wanted that was not installed as part of the original installation they came back out and installed what I had requested. These were little things like the consumption CTs so I could see my home electricity consumption on the Enphase app, or extra brackets where the plans did not call for them, and replacing a broken panel clip that no one noticed. All my requests were addressed without complaints.This was a very professional job and I have no doubt that this system will hold up to hurricane winds. It looks nice, works well, and now I start saving on my electric bills.

    This is one of the worst companies i have ever worked with. Sam has NOT kept any of his promises at all. They installed the solar panels within two days but have not been out to inspect anything yet. I texted Sam and he tell me all about his personal problems. Sorry to hear but personal and work don't mix. He should be having someone else to cover for him. Now i can't get through or leave any messages. I think he might have block me.I think i will follow through on contacting channel 8 news. My husband and I are both on fix incomes and cannot avoid paying two bills. Funny thing tho, they have the wrong address on documents and no bank information on us yet. Good luck getting paid. Let see how fast i get a response after this review. lol

    Just had a solar system installed by Volt Solar Solutions after doing much background research. Process was smooth. The company took care of the necessary permitting, and the system was installed within days. Everything about going Solar has been smooth sailing thanks to them. Highly Recommended!!

    They've installed the panels and hav not switched us to solar. The phone number I alway busy. They want their money but now we're paying two bills. The worst solar company out there. Don't trust them

    This company will be out of business soon due to its failure to customers, and they do not do what they say they will due. Do not trust them. They put this c*** on ******* on the promise they will build a system that would cover the power bill and even sell back to power company.All a pack of lies. I explained when they came out I was on a fixed income and could not pay them and the power company both. Its a lie. Do NOT believe anything they say as they lie and once its on your house there is no follow up. No explaining how it works the tax benefits nothing. H*** they wont return a call.

    I gave them 1 star because it would not let do zero stars this company lied from the beginning, you can believe anything that they tell you. Their products are inferior and they do not stand behind them.

    I would not recommend this coming I spoke to the Owner San Erazo. I gave him my bank info you be rewarded for every referral I sent him. I sent him one over a month ago that got installed. I never got paid and now he has me blocked. Becareful with this company!
