  From start to finish and beyond the team at Volt has been fantastic to deal with. Their quotes were very competitive. The install was done in schedule and with great care. Any questions we had along the way, or even after the install, have been answered quickly and in a way that we would understand the technicals.
  
  The service they have provided after the install when we ran into questions or issues have been solved and fixed quickly.
  
  Overall if you are on the fence about quality of a company go with Volt. You will not regret your decision.

  My husband and I went with VOLT we just purchased a new home. VOLT put up the solar on our roof. We started making our payments to the lender who we finance with. Never was the solar working or never even went through an inspection. Volt turned on our system and SMECO contacted us immediately that the system wasn’t working and to shut it off. It is taking almost a year for our system to be cut on. An inspector came out twice but Volt was not prepare to provide information on our unit. The second time, the inspector documented failed because documents were false and it wasn’t pertaining to our home. The inspector just shook his head. Now we are taking a different approach. Multiple people have been affected.
  Apparently, VOLT just decided to up a leave and not complete what they started. Volt danced questions we were asking.

  If I could give this company a NEGATIVE rating I would. Started out with signing a contract for a roof and solar to cover 100% with a $2000 cash back incentive in December of 2022. Also they had told me I would get 30% back on taxes. The roof was on back order after hurricane Ian by 2-3 months so the contract states the solar will goon now, will take off solar, put on roof and replace solar no cost. Solar went on smoothly however it took MONTHS to get inspected etc in the mean time I was still paying for electricity and then the loan payment was due. So now I'm paying both because the solar definitely does NOT cover 100%. The roof still isn't on, no one's even been out to measure the roof and it's been going on 6 months (it's mid June '23 now) since contract signing. I never got my $2000 bonus either. Sierra my account manager gives me the run around of "I'll see what I can do, and I'll find out and call you back". She never does. IF and when she does it's some excuse or another then more of "I'll find out and call you back". Sam, the OWNER, who is the one who sold me the package has me blocked from calling/texting. When I filed my taxes I definitely did NOT get anywhere near 30% on it. This company is a scam, full.of lies just to make $. I'm warning you do NOT trust.or go with them. I'm in the process now of finding a lawyer for breach of contract.

  I have been with Volt Solar for over a year. The reason I can give them a 5 star review is that I have been given a 5 start service from the beginning. Sales representative CHARLO A. Was very clear and with 3 visits he was able to evaluate my electricity consumption, recommend the best solution for my needs, go through the financial process and help me on how to have the best results and use from the app , giving me different scenarios including in preparation for storms. The installation was provided by professionals very well capacitance on their profession electrician . To now, they continue to answer all my questions in a speedy manner at all times. No problems with the panels on the roof nor with battery
  equipment, not even from storms. And we just passed tax season and what they explain to me at the beginning; on tax credit for tax liability it's on point. I am very glad that I choose them after evaluating different companies. They have not left me alone after the sale.

  I had a very smooth and easy solar experience. My salesman Sam added a bunch of upgrades to my home to make it use less energy. I signed up in January of 2023 and within a month I was selling credit to my utility company. I have had a 30 dollar bill from Duke ever since. I never knew it could be so easy to go solar and now I don't have a bill from the greedy utility companies. The staff is friendly and always kept me informed during the whole process. Highly reccomended!!!

  Started my process with Volt Solar on July 7th of this year. Sales process went smooth, although there are some details about my loan that were misstated. Another thing that has been difficult is getting a copy of the breakdown of cost and all documents that were signed that day.
  
  That being said, panels were installed rather quickly, within 3 weeks and the battery installed about a week after. This is where the problems begin. Apparently they installed without permits being approved, major problem there. The electrician also cut a large hole above my breaker panel in my garage and did not repair it. Permits didn't get approved until Sept 20th...two months after install. When the county inspector came out they found that the install was not done correctly, including a missing piece to the system, and wires underneath our solar panels touching our roof.
  
  I called immediately to get a technician out to get the issues corrected and was told that a technician would be out on a certain day so I took that day off. After 4 texts to them my sales rep actually called their office and got ahold of their manager who then called me and apologized because they had to cancel the repair, but they said they could get a technician out as early as two weekends from then. At that point they will have to schedule another county inspection and IF that passes, *********** will have to come out and inspect, which is another story. Hopefully I'll get my solar up and running by Thanksgiving, but the track record isn't looking great since it is now Sept. 29th. Not to mention I'm paying the absurd electric rate from *********** during this whole process as well. Then we can work on the repairs to the damage they caused to my home.

  Yes, great salesperson, but their interest ends once the sale is made and loan approved. Company installed quickly but was utterly lost in the rest of the process. Did not know how to handle issues with FPL; installed the wrong breakers that were rejected by the county; and even submitted illegible plans for the final inspection. The process was just one delay and one mistake after another, with what seemed like 20 different inspections by both the company, county and FPL. Just a huge merry-go-round of more than 3 months of nothing but hassle.
