    I never write reviews. However, I wanted to warn others of the deceptive practices this company employees. Unfortunately, we were the victims of CC fraud back in 2023. The culprit proceeded to open accounts with a myriad of vendors, including Answer First. Although all other vendors resolved the matter and dropped the case, ****** First is the one vendor that's choosing to pursue us fraud victims for the money the fraudster stole from us. That said, if you want to do business with a company who clearly doesn't care about their customers but solely the bottom line, be my guest. However, I suggest you look elsewhere, as Answer First has proven to be a vendor that is willing to attack fraud victims if it means padding their own pockets.Therefore, I request that Answer First do the right thing and drop all claims against us fraud victims and never contact us again.

    We are sorry to hear about the credit card fraud you experienced back in 2023. This must be a misunderstanding. You have actually been a client since July 2022, well before the fraud you experienced in 2023. You have been a great client the entire time. You have always paid on time and communicated with our staff on several occasions. We were sad to see you leave. You canceled your account on December 15 and disputed your final payment as a fraud case. We are baffled that you would accuse us of fraud after we answered calls and had numerous interactions with you, and your company, for over a year and half. Our relationship precedes any fraud you experienced in 2023. We would be happy to discuss this and provide documentation showing that we interacted directly with your company; answered phone calls that your company forwarded to us; and have been working with you since July 2022.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    You were not talking to us. We were the victims of fraud, and the fraudsters posed as ** and made our lives a living h*** until we finally closed all cards and changed all our passwords. You are the only vendor making this difficult, so either do the right thing and drop this, or else we will continue forward with the ongoing fraud case with the credit card company. If you choose to do the right thing, I will drop this case and we can all move on with our lives.

Nevertheless, this is the initial instance where we've been made aware of allegations of fraud. To proceed, kindly furnish us with the necessary law enforcement and credit card servicing fraud reports. We are more than willing to cooperate and collaborate with both the relevant authorities and our debt collection agency in resolving this matter. Thank you.
