5 starsMac of All Trades purchased my iPad for a very fair price. I don't think I could have done better selling locally. The process is easy and took at most 2 weeks total time from me shipping the iPad to them until I received payment via a check. Using Zelle would have been even faster. I made the mistake of ordering a refurbished ipad from Mac of All Trades. It arrived completely dead and will not charge. Can't get a response from customer service. What a waste of time and money.

Hello. According to our records, this customer first contacted us on October 13, 2022, at 7:26pm Eastern Time. Per the business hours stated on our website, we are open 9am to 5pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, so the customer's initial message and the five that followed were all sent outside of business hours. Once open, we responded to the customer within one business hour of their message, and handled their request. I did so much research and decided to go with a 'very good condition, year old 16" MacBook pro, most specs available, for $2,400.1 month in, everything broke. Legit everything. What I thought was a busted screen turned into so many part replacements, including speakers, culminating with a new logic board. It had to be sent off by Apple because their technicians couldn't figure out the root. Two weeks and $2,000 of REPAIRS, it worked. Slow. But fine, what are my options at this point.6 months later turns out the System Integrity Protection - which had been 'custom disabled' (unbeknownst to me) has decided to render this now $4,400 TWO year old "refurbished" MacBook unusable.Mac of All Trades buys reviews more strategically than other scam resellers, should have gone with my gut and listened to the people harping on reddit. Hello. According to our records, we did not receive any communication from this customer regarding any issues with their product until October 13, 2022, at 4:58am Eastern Time, which was one year after the date of purchase (October 13, 2021). Our products include a one-year hardware warranty, however this was never used by the customer as they did not contact us regarding any issues.
The customer's claims that we conduct any illegal and/or unethical activity, including the purchase of reviews, is unequivocally false. We are proud to be a leader in the refurbished electronics industry, proven by our positive reputation built through over two decades of providing top-notch products and support. We would have been more than happy to inspect and repair the customer's purchase had they contacted us within the warranty period regarding the reported issues. It is unfortunate that we were not contacted, and we regret the customer has chosen to attempt to slander our reputation despite no wrongdoing on our end.

5 starsI have been an Apple addict for many years. So Im always updating when new stuff comes out. I have used Mac of All Trades to get the most out of my slightly used equipment. They are very fair, reasonable and will always communicate with status updates or if any questions on what Ive submitted. They run a very clean and honorable business and I highly recommend them for selling used equipment, or their refurbished equipment. Recently I needed a good quality MacBook for my grandson and it was without hesitation that I purchased one from Mac of All Trades.Review fromJohnny G

5 starsIve dealt with Mac Of All Trades for many years & have never been disappointed in the exceptional service they provide their customers. However I am blown away by the dedication they exhibited to us during what must have been a real challenge Hurricane ***. They kept us updated & returned to work quickly. You will be hard pressed to find such dedication elsewhere. I have always found their purchase bids equal to or better than the majority of other companies, and my payment checks have always been received quickly. 5 starsI decided to sell my laptop which was current, until literally the next day an upgraded version of the new Air came out. I thought there was no way I'd get anything worth selling it for, the usual case with electronics. I went through almost all the sites for quotes and was shocked (in a good way) when Mac Me An Offer sent me the highest and fairest offer. I was so pleased that I also sold some other Apple products which again were quoted fairly. The customer service people are awesome. Everything was very professional and went as smoothly as possible. I was very nervous about shipping off my items, but I had their ***** tracking code and was even alerted when it was signed for. Received my checks (I chose checks as the preferred payment options - there is another) quickly through ***** So, I have no complaints whatsoever. I encourage those who are skeptical to try it.
