    My wife purchased a 9 month old 16 inch MacBook Pro with the M1 processor. We received the computer in two days. It was as good as brand new with not a scratch on it. Every aspect of the sale was excellent and of course the M1 is unbelievably fast compared to her old Intel I5. In addition we saved hundreds of dollars buying from "Mac of All Trades." We strongly recommend this business for you Mac and computer needs. We are completely satisfied with this purchase as we have been with previous purchases from "Mac of All Trades."

    I highly recommend this business. I sold my Mac Mini. They kept their quote which was nearly 5 times better than ***** ***** **. I believe ***** ***** ** is a scam. Mac Me An Offer sent several emails to keep me fully informed with the progress and I got the check as they promised quickly. I am very happy.

    On August 19, I shipped my 27 inch iMac to Mac of All Trade in *****, ******* from Enterprise, *******, via ***** after accepting their offer of $440 based on my description and serial number for the iMac..On August 24 I received this email:_______________________________"We received the equipment you shipped - thank you. Everything is as you represented! Your payment will be sent within two business days.Checks are sent in a stamped envelope and tracking information is not available for this service. **** First-Class Mail typically arrives to most locations within a week, but please allow up to three weeks for delivery to account for unforeseen delays during transit. Due to COVID-19, deliveries may be delayed much longer than usual.Thank you for your business!"_______________________________It is now September 12 and I still have not received payment! How can it possibly take 3 weeks (according to their estimate) to get from *****, ******* to Enterprise *******...a city that is 400 miles away? There is no way, according to the post office in Enterprise, that there has been any unforeseen delays of any type within the **** delivery operations that would cause a first class letter from ***** to Enterprise to take this long!They claim in your last email on August 24 that the payment will be sent in two business days. That would have been August 26. Not including Labor Day, that equates to 12 business days over a span of three weeks. Seriously, how can that be? It is a distance of ****************************** 5 hours!They have my equipment...we both agreed to the price...why have they not sent the payment?

    Hello,Before we were notified of this review, our mac me an offer support team had found that the check was unable to be delivered to the customer's address. This caused delays in delivery due to multiple delivery attempts as well as the check being resent back to our location.One of our mac me an offer reps reached out to the customer to confirm a different address and the check was sent to that address on September 13th. This check is expected to deliver on September 17th.

    Awesome and quick. I sent everything off last Tuesday (8/30/2022). They got this past Tuesday(9/6/2022) I was inform by the company that they had it and was checking the items out on Wednesday (9/7/2022) and today I am being told I will received payment within two days. (hopefully today or tomorrow) I will do business with this company again. they're honest and they keep you inform as to the process. I really like that.

    Never received my item. Contact customer services and no resolution was met. Instead they just tried to blame it on ****** The label was created but no record of ***** ever picking up the package. Dont buy here. Just Goto Best Buy.

    Hello,Before we were notified of this review, our customer service team was able to confirm that the package was picked up by ***** on September 2nd. ***** has confirmed that if the package is lost before their first stop, the tracking will not update from the "Label Created" status. ***** has approved the claim and a refund was issued to the customer on September 8th.

    I don't enjoy leaving bad reviews, but I shopped from this place after seeing the string of stellar ones here, so it felt worthwhile to share my experience (as well as taking a look at the stories on Yelp) to help others make more informed decisions.. I ordered an iMac desktop that from the get-go would not turn on. I wrote them about it, suggesting a pathway for an exchange and instead got a string of instructions that involved pressing keys on a keyboard (which would be useless on a shut off, keyboard-less iMac). I really should have pressed for a refund right then, but the computer eventually turned on so I decided to give them a pass. I had to leave on a trip, so my fourteen days return window came and went. When getting back, I reached out once more for troubleshooting since the unit again would not turn on and was told to unplug the unit for five seconds and plugging it back in. This turned out to be the only way the computer would turn on, a major flaw in my opinion on an item I just purchased that is supposed to be in good condition. I was offered to have it repaired, though shipping would still be on my bill. I give them two stars because at least customer service answered my tickets, but I do not recommend this company. The mac itself is incredibly slow and goes offline randomly though plugged into an ethernet cable. I'd recommend being very very weary of what you are getting from them and taking a look at yelp.

    Before we were notified of this review, our support team provided the customer with instructions on how to return the machine for warranty service. The customer has denied sending in the device for repair or replacement. Our Customer Service Team responded to this denial with the information that the customer is covered under our warranty until June 19th, 2023.

    Absolutely first rate. I was dreading selling my ipad. Other quotes were much, much less. Mac of all Trades was fast, responsive and their price was way above other companies. Everything with first rate. They kept me informed of the whole process and payment was just as promised....the amount and timing. Highly recommend them.
