I sold my 2020 iMac 27, and the process was quick, fair and honest. Great communication, and Mac of All Trades determined my Mac was in the condition that I stated. No (false) issues were found during the inspection process. Some time ago, I made the mistake of selling a computer to SYM (Google it) and they "found" an issue that was not there when I shipped the computer. I'll never use them again, but I'll definitely use Mac of All Trades next time! Rob A. provided timely updates during the entire process, and Zelle payment was very quick. Thanks for a great selling experience! The custom box that they sent me to ship the laptop in came right on time, And I received quick updates each step of the process. The instructions for how to package and erase the laptop were clear and everything was very straightforward. Excellent customer and support. I sold them a Thunderbolt Display and everything worked perfectly and the price offered was reasonable. The only issue was that they sold me the shipping box at a very high price.Mac of All Trades
