    Everything was easy/straight forward. The shipping label they gave me allowed me to easily track the progress of the package I sent to them. They paid what they said they would and the check arrived when they said it would. Very happy with the entire process. The only thing I wish would have been better is that had the check gone missing, I assume it would have been hard to get another check mailed - it would be nice if they did electronic payment using a trusted money sending service like PayPal and not force me to use Zelle, which is complete garbage and I won't allow Zelle access to any of my accounts. Short of using a respectable platform for instant payments, it would be nice if they could mail the check with a tracking number so if it gets delayed or lost it would be easier to get a replacement payment in the mail.

    Hands down best company to do business with. Ive sold 3 laptops, 1 imac and 2 phones and not once have I ever had any issues, everything is straightforward and as long as your honest with what your sending, everything is hassle free.
