    I was in a tight spot due to a moving company fail, and needed four iMacs ASAP for my business. Mac of all trades had four that fit the requirements, free shipping, free warrantysold! I've been recommending them to everyone I know ever since.

    Received an iMac that obviously wasnt tested before shipping out. The hard drive was inoperable and I had to spend an additional $260 just to get it running.

    Selling my iMac was a great and simple experience. Communication was excellent, and expectations were clearly set and explained at each step of the process. I am very glad I chose Mac Me an Offer rather than listing it on a local marketplace.

    I was little skeptical at first but took a chance based on reviews and was very pleased with Mac me an offer! It was an easy process and I got my money quickly through Zelle as they stated they would. And I got the full offer amount. I am now planning to sell my old Apple Watch to them!

    I was honestly so hesitant to ship them my phone, but it was pain free. They even open a line to communicate if you have any issues or questions. I was also worried they'd try to nitpick and force me to accept less for my phone when they received it -- not at all! Fantastic service, i will use again.

    I decided to take a shot on one of their clearance MacBooks because it was about half the price of a regular one. And it was exactly as they described it. I've had it for over a year now and it's still just fine. I'll probably upgrade it a couple years and buy another one from them. Definitely recommend them if you want something that's not as new as what Apple is selling.

    Don't buy from these guys. It was amazing, until it wasn't I've spent more than 10K with this company, but whe I sent in a machine for warranty repair, instead of fixing it, they replaced it with a computer that looked like it had been thrown from a truck complete garbage. I can't send my people into the field with that computer.Emails went unanswered and when I finally reached them by phone, all I got was lip service about policy. THEY SOLD MY COMPUTER WITHOUT MY PERMISSION and replaced it with apiece of junk. It doesn't matter how good a customer you've been... Loyalty means nothing. Don't buy from these guys.

    Hello. Unfortunately, this customer's claims are false and with intent to defame our reputation.

    The customer's purchase was covered under warranty, and per our warranty policy was replaced with an equal product. As stated in our condition descriptions, cosmetic conditions for refurbished products can vary from one device to another, and our descriptions provide general requirements for each grade. None of our products are sold in a condition that is "thrown from a truck", nor "complete garbage" or "junk". Additionally, the claim that we sold any computer, let alone a customer's, "without permission" is completely untrue.

    Furthermore, all of the customers emails were responded to within 24 hours, either by email or phone call. After reviewing the most recent call, we found no evidence that our representatives provided anything close to resembling "lip service". Rather, we found that the customer demanded a full refund outside of the 14-day return window, and verbally abused our representatives with abhorrent vulgarity when their demand was declined.

    We appreciate the support of all our customers, and strive to reach mutually satisfactory resolutions to all customer requests. It is unfortunate that defamatory reviews are being posted in response to our attempts at resolution. Regardless, we have provided the customer with an RMA for their product as discussed, and they are more than welcome to follow up with our customer service team if they wish to further discuss the issue.

    Nothing about my review is defamatory. Mac of All Trades can deny this all they all they want. Here are the facts: I sent in a computer for warranty repair. They sent me an email informing me they found nothing wrong with MY computer, then, two days later, they sold MY computer to someone else. I never gave them permission to do so. Not sure how that's not outright theft. The computer they sent to replace MY computer (the one they sold WITHOUT MY PERMISSION) was dented and scraped up on nearly every corner -- so badly that my employee actually cut her fingers on the damaged edge. It is important to note that there was ZERO offer of an RMA for refund until after this review posted on BBB's site. Now it's about damage control, not customer service.

    Hello. Unfortunately, the customer's claims continue to be false and an unfortunate attempt to defame our reputation, and our original response remains unchanged. We are, frankly, confused as to why the customer asserts that we sold their computer to someone else, let alone in a specific time frame.

    Additionally, after reviewing the call that took place prior to this review being posted, we can confirm that an RMA was offered by our customer service manager, and the customer's response to this was "f*** you and f*** your store credit".

    We have attempted to find mutually agreeable resolutions to each of the customer's demands, and have continued to provide service despite their abuse. Therefore, we do not see any merit behind the idea "damage control", and regret the customer's continuation of false claims.

    We can go back and forth all day... and this business will continue to lie. They claim to have reviewed the phone call. Therefore, they know that their rep told me they could not return my original computer because it had been sold. This was two days after I had received an email informing me they had found no issues with the computer I sent in under warranty (i.e. the one they sold). And yes, they offered store credit, but I'm not interested in spending any money with Mac of All Trades ever again. I asked for a refund, they said store credit. I told them what they could do with it. Remember. They had sold my perfectly fine computer without my permission and replaced it with in inferior product with extensive visible cosmetic damage. We can play BBB comment ping pong all day and I will continue to tell the truth and they will continue to call me a liar. The reality is, they are attempting damage control with lies. A better approach would have been, in the beginning, giving me the refund I asked for, admitting a mistake was made by selling my computer without my permission and all this would have been avoided... Better Business
