    This company is unreliable and unresponsive.They take your money and do not keep you updated. They barely follow through on promises. I regret using them.

    I would love to leave a negative review but 1 star will have to due.So much is wrong with this so called company it's hard to go into. Basically they take your money for supposed " website design" then throw up a horrible copy and paste site done by a team of non english speaking robots, then if you request a refund (like I did) they hold your website hostage for more money then if you do not pay ( like I did not) they throw up a banner on your site that says "fraud alert" forever.Just some dirty rats that live in the sewer, stay away!

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I spent way too much money and now they will not transfer me my website files or MY DOMAIN. They are threatening me and telling me that I must pay $400 to get my own domain released back to me. They took my website offline without informing me. I found out from a customer that it was no longer a live website, and then that is when they told me I must pay $400. I never ever signed anything with this scam company. “Peter K” I’m sure that’s not a real name was extremely rude and told me that I do not spend enough money with them for them to care… I cannot express enough that this “company” is a scam and needs to be taken care of. I’m sure they have stolen so much money. They all work from home and lie about where the company is actually located. Please do not lose your money. There are so many better options. I have screenshots and proof if anyone has any questions.

    BUYER BEWARE! I have all the texts,emails,etc from this costly experience! FYI, DesignsRaptor is NOT working/operating their Web design Co. out of 8875 Hidden River Pkwy Tampa, Fl as it shows on their website and as I found out but are actually overseas in Karachi, Pakistan, so they told me. The truth came out after I planned to fly down to Tampa & meet with my rep & the designers after 3+ months of receiving basic mock-ups, basic logos, excuse after excuse and having my rep upsell me on dedicated servers he said I had to have and pkg upgrades I had to use. I was almost agreeing to it all, afterall, I am not a web designer. Instead of flying down I called a dear friend in the Tampa area and he said he would gladly go meet with them and check them out. I scheduled a time at 11:00 on thursday 6-6-23 which was agreed to by them. They would gladly meet him and show him the office and he could meet the TEAM ! My friend got there, the receptionist on the 3rd floor never heard of DesignsRaptor nor are they on the directory of the offices there. The stories that came out of their mouths were unbelievable. Absolute lies!! That's when the truth came out after I spent 2+ weeks demanding the truth and my money back. I have 3+ months of text, emails, upsells, lies from these people. An Absolute nightmare, time consuming horrid experience ! They texted me an address in Pakistan, I google earthed the address, it wasn't them. They apologized, sent me another address,it wasn't them either, then they said they all work remote, but who knows. They use a mailing address/service for that address in Tampa(they said). They have all taken english names(they told me) to communicate with americans(they told me) otherwise they wouldn't get any business(they said). My rep and 3 other employees, the supposed mang, the backend developer, the big supervisor are the most untrusted people I have ever encountered. I'm praying they answer this review so I can tell you so much more! Beware!

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, BUYER BEWARE!!!! Purchased a website design that included free domain and SEO built in the package. After payment I was notified in the right amount of time to start the project. After the shell of the website as built, I submitted my information for the website. Later that day I was told by them that Google rejected my material for plagiarism and then they tried to upsell me there writing for an additional $350. I refused and contacted Google myself and showed them the material I wanted and they said there was nothing wrong with it. Later that evening I requested to stop the project and wanted my refund, They fought with me for over an hour on chat that they would not give me a refund. I told them I would contact me credit card and the BBB and ended the chat.

    I ordered the $799 package from Design Raptor. I was supposed to meet my designer on the following week. He never got to me. I reached out and was met with "Oh i had a medical emergency." I have been trying to cancel my order and now they won't even respond to me. I am going to look into figuring out how to get my money back legally. Do NOT use this company. I can't get the chat box on the internet to work nor will anyone respond to me.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!They were amazingly unprofessional and incompetent. Their grasp of basic English and grammar was poor throughout the company which impeded progress throughout. It took over ten tries for a simple logo. The website is still not where we want it to be (we gave up and are working with another web designer) 4 months into the project (they said it would take 2-3 weeks). We went with this company because I wanted to learn how to do a WordPress.org website. Three months into the project they informed me that they used a custom platform (I could have done this myself) and that we needed to buy an editing program (more than we actually paid for the website and were told nothing about when we sold the contract) in order to make edits to the website. When we asked for the website in WordPress, it took ten working days and another three days and two days worth of arguing with them to get them to export the files so we had copies of them. They wanted the termination agreement before they sent the files and we argued over that for two days. Finally, they sent the files and they are being checked out by our new designer. They tried to make us out to be incompetent throughout even though it was clearly their misunderstanding of basic website design that was problematic. When I tried to talk with someone other than my project manager, *******************, I was always sent back to him. I was promised calls by his supervisor several times and when someone (not his direct supervisor who never called me) finally called me he was rude and dismissive. All in all, a horrible, unprofessional experience!
