  Our order was placed on 2/9/22. Order consisted of 4 windows, one sliding patio door, and one entry door. Initial delivery and installation was projected for the end of June 2022. This was pushed back to the end of August, and again to the end of September. Finally arriving in late October 2022. Defects which were not detected during the prior to installation failed to take notice. After they were found, plans were made to replace the sliding panel, the door handle and repair damage caused during the installation of the two doors. Following two attempts to repair the installation damage, the new door panel was again found to be damaged. Subsequent phone calls indicated a new glass insert would be installed the following day (1-11-22). A telephone call from the service manager at 12:21 pm indicated the panel would not be done as there was no glass available. Upon meeting with the manager at the showroom, I was informed, the the glass was indeed in the warehouse, Once again, I have been lied to. Consistently, they have told whatever story was convenient with no respect to the available facts. I still have no belief that the job will ever be completed. A reputation for customer service is predicated upon honest and sincere belief that the customer is entitled by virtue of contracted conditions an expectation that the vendor will also act in the same good faith that is expected of a customer. In this case, no concern for the customer is considered as reasonable. Too many apologies for the lies told, The delays not or falsely explained. Or worse the disregard with which management seems to hold the customer.

  I am very, very dissatisfied with Mike H. and weather tite windows. I'm warning you now so this doesn't happen to you. I should've known after Bryan Nicoletti (sales) had disparaging remarks about the other window companies I received estimates from. After signing a contract & leaving a deposit I was left hanging. The windows and doors were to be installed before hurricane season. I had given ample time for manufacturing and instillation. No one reached out to tell me there was a problem, or delay at anytime. I NEVER heard from them once, I had to make repeated calls to get updates or information. It's taken TWO (2) YEARS, and the install was finally finished on Dec. 28 2022. Granted the pandemic didn't help but when the windows did arrive 10 months later WEATHER TITE shipped half of the order with broken or damaged glass, frames, or spotting between panels. Hereafter it was one call after another asking about the status of my order. After the first of the year 2022 I called repeatedly almost daily and was given the same story. I've spoken with my sales rep who shoved me off to the warehouse to Ken, to Steve (supervisor) Mike (not the owner) and anyone else who would hear me and got the same answer from all of them. PGT is having problems. It's now been over 16 months and still no windows. When I did call in July C. said the windows will be in in August, they weren't, in the meantime I had to get a home inspection for my insurance carrier and they would not pass the house with exterior broken windows installed, my policy was canceled. You can't imagine the anxiety and grief they've caused me. Supervisor (Steve) offered a $500. discount for the aggravation and time they put me through. Well that offer was rescinded by the owners of the company and I was charged the FULL PRICE they're excuse was they weren't responsible for PGT shipping delays or manufacturing problems. Nice PUBLIC RELATIONS huh? I will discourage anyone from using them.

  Weather Tite Windows replaced all of my windows and sliders. The installers, punch crew and office staff have been phenomenal. I did have an issue and it was handled and resolved quickly and fairly. The quality of the windows and doors made me feel safe immediately and reduced my stress when Hurricane *** recently hit. I highly recommend WTW! All of the staff have been great but special shout out to ********* who went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

  Excellent job and excellent crew!
  
  We had a small project (so we thought) of converting an open balcony to a sunroom. Our balcony is on the third floor of our home about 30-40 ft off the ground. Right below the balcony is a spiral staircase. Andrew, our salesman, came out and gave us a quote. Then an engineer came out and confirmed the project was doable. Adrianne, in the office, scheduled the install and was in constant communication with me. Once the windows were fabricated, the install crew came out to install. Since the spiral staircase was in the way, these guys hauled the windows up by straps. In 90 degree heat. It was quite an endeavor which they pulled off without a hitch. Once the windows were installed, we had a second crew come in to stucco. Again, working in 90 degree heat, no complaints and they did a fantastic job. Both crews cleaned up afterwards so there was no evidence of were friendly, polite, and 100% trustworthy. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of the work crews. Everyone took pride in their job and it showed.
  I would 1000% recommend Weathertite to anyone looking to install or replace windows.

  I had weather tite replace the windows in my condo on the water. They made sure to install properly with moisture barrier and new stucco so there wouldn't be any leaks down the road. Installers showed up on time, we're professional, and cleaned up when they were finished. The office staff was good at communicating the schedule and keeping me informed throughout the process. I've already had several neighbors use them after myself and everyone is happy. Highly recommend.

  We absolutely loved our salesman, Ross M. He is helpful, available and super knowledgeable.
  
  Our new windows have changed our house tremendously. Even our dogs enjoy sitting in the back room, looking out the window to watch what is happening in the back yard. Our house is so much prettier now, and since I don't have to cover windows to keep drafts outliterally - there is so much more natural light.
  
  Just wanted you to know that you really helped us enjoy our home!
