We wanted to replace our existing windows with hurricane rated windows. We had 4 presentations. Two were selling PGT windows and 2 were selling EAS windows. One proposal was way high. The other 3 were a few hundred apart. After the excellent presentation by Josh, we chose Weather Tite and PGT windows. We felt the PGT windows were a bit better and Weather Tite had a variety of payment options to chose from. After signing the contract, everything actually happened on schedule. (Even 2 weeks early). All the employees were courteous and professional. The coup de ta was Paulo and the install crew. They were conscientious in making sure that all dust and debris were cleaned up and removed. After the install, the windows looked superb and much better than our originals. We noticed the absence of outside noise immediately and are looking forward to some help on our electric bill.

I signed a contract on January 15 with Weather Tites Director of Sales, **** ******. **** answered all my questions firmly. I love my PGT Impact windows with the bronze trim. I chose Weather Tite over 3 other estimates for several reasons:1. Cost 2. Product 3. PTG Knowledgeable **** even remember my neighbors name who had windows installed 8 yrs ago by Weather Tite. Dont forget to send my neighbor his $100!At first I was apprehensive about the crew but they showed excellent workmanship, neat and conscientious of my property. My install was completed in May just in time for hurricane season. Thank you Weather Tite I feel safe in my home.Weather Tite Windows

1 starUnfortunately, my experience with Weather Tite has been deeply disappointing. We entered into a SIGNED purchase agreement in January for all new windows, and I was looking forward to having new windows installed. However, after waiting for two months and the company coming out to complete the final window measuring and continuing to communicate an anticipated install in June, the company abruptly backed out of the agreement. The sales *** called one evening to notify us and claimed their decision was based on an office assessment that they wouldnt make enough profit from the sale. During this call he said that the office would be sending a mailed document outlining to the decision, but we have never received any further communication. I have since tried calling to speak to the office to get more details and have not been connected to anyone who would speak to it. Very frustrating lack of communication. This situation felt incredibly unprofessional and left me in a difficult spot after planning and budgeting for this purchase. If the company had concerns about profitability, they should have addressed this before entering into the agreement, rather than backing out after such a lengthy delay. Our plan was to have the windows in before storm season, but since Weather Tite waited a full 2 months post agreement signing, theres no time to have another company complete before storm season. It's a matter of trust and integrity, and sadly, they failed on both fronts. I cannot recommend Weather Tite. Very disappointing from a local company.Review fromAnna H

I had a great experience from the beginning with my salesperson all the way to installation. I was hesitant at first because I didnt know anyone personally who had gone with weather tite but I was so pleased with their work! My install team was so respectful of my home and did great job! Their office was on the ball through the entire process. Usually everyone shares bad experiences but I wanted to share my very positive one!Weather Tite Windows

We were very pleased with how smoothly all went with our choice to go with Weather Tite windows, from meeting to discuss our options, having our many questions answered to watching the installation team work their magic with replacing a knee wall and 12 old windows so we could face future storms with confidence. All were very polite, and professional. And we were so impressed with how careful they were with our furniture and floors that we gave THEM cookies on their last day. My install just wrapped up today with my new PGT Windgaurd windows & sliding glass doors. ****** ****** always answers my calls and calmed my nerves when I was being anxious over my $100k install. I am so excited to enjoy my new hurricane protected glass. I feel so safe & READY for hurricane season.Weather Tite Windows

The entire process from beginning to end was flawless.The communication from ******** and **** was superb and the install couldn't have gone any better.
