      Ordered two sliding doors with turtle glass in early February 2025 and put down required deposit. We have followed up numerous times inquiring about installation and have been told there are issues with the glass, and promises to get these sliders installed in May, then early June and most recently promised mid to late June. We are now entering July with no sliders and minimal response - with no target date for install and no response to phone and numerous emails. Horrible customer service and even worse with a promise they cannot keep. We have put down a $7000+ deposit on these doors. Hurricane season is here and our condo is at risk.

      When the situation was brought to my attention I immediately reached out to **** to hear her story and to provide a solution. 

      I had my Production Manager ****** contact the municipality (************) to see if there was anyway to expedite Mrs. ********** permit. This is not something they normally do as they are severely behind on permits right now. However, ****** spoke with someone in the office and explained the situation. They decided to make an exception and push Mrs. ********** permit through. 

      I then coordinated an install date of Wednesday July 2nd with ****. Our installation team is there performing the installation now. 

      I hope Mrs. ********* will accept my sincere apology for the length of time and is pleased with our resolution.

      ***** did reach out and expedite the permit and installation and have also received contact from ****** to verify satisfaction as well.

      Side note - the two installers were exceptional- they worked very hard and were meticulous and clearly took pride in their work 

      Inspection is pending and look forward to full closure on this matter.

      Contract originated 12/27/24.Hurricane Windows were installed on 2/12/25 with issues. I have a window that needed both upper sand lower glass replaced due to scratches. This was brought to the installers attention and they agreed they needed replacing. This is where the nightmare begins. I repeatedly called since that install date to get the window glass replaced, we are now at June 12, 2025 I get nothing but the run around. The office answer tells me they have to check on the order status, then I. Was told sometime in March they came in but both pieces of glass were broken and they had to reorder that was March. I have called at least 10 times and NOT ONE TIME have I received a call back when promised each time they would call me back with an install date. This is issue has taken much of my time up and is causing major stress as I feel I am being completely blown off. I am not sure this is a reputable company at this point.

      I hired New South Windows, **************, ** to install 7 windows in my home. The windows were installed the end of September, 2024. During the install, the lead installer (****)informed me that they had received and installed an incorrect window in my bedroom. I told the **** I liked the incorrect window more, **** told me he would get the new window ordered and that it would mostly take about 12 weeks to have the window installed. The end of December, I still had no date for my window install & also realized when cleaning my windows that the screens in my living room were installed incorrectly & I myself could not put the screens back correctly. My ************in-law were not able to put the screens in without gaps at the bottom. I called New South Windows to inform them of the problem with the two screens & also to check when I would receive my bedroom window on 12/30/24. I did receive my new bedroom about a month ago but still have not received the two screens for the living room window. There is a lifetime warranty on the windows & screens. I have called my salesman, **** **** (customer service, I guess if you can call it that) & *** ******* (who is listed on the BBB site when I put the name of the company I was having a problem) numerous times in trying to get my screens replaced. I have received no return phone call regarding this from any one at ********* Windows. I am at my wits end on how to get my replacement screens. The entire window project was paid in full at the end of September, I am so mad at myself for paying in full before the job was complete.Please help me.

This has been ongoing for 6 months & I have been in contact with **** **** almost 2 months. It is ridiculous to have wait this long for 2 screen replacements. 
      I have never in my life filed a complaint with BBB but felt it was necessary as I was getting any response to my phone calls & messages.

      We paid $6500 for two doors, a front door and a door from the kitchen to the garage. We told the sales guy that, because of how the floor was put in, standard doors would not fit. We had been told this multiple times while shopping for doors. New South sold us the custom solution we needed, but they showed up and installed a standard sized door from our kitchen to garage. This is a fire door. Unfortunately, there is a huge gap at the top of the door that is almost large enough to get your finger in. The only thing that keeps you from putting your finger inside this area is a line of caulk. The door misfit so badly that you can see daylight along that top edge when the interior trim is off. Even the installers said this door does not fit. We waited in excess of two months for these doors. This company uses AAA Arbitration. What that tells me is that they will not resolve conflicts and their customer must spend $20k on an attorney to get anywhere with them. I will not do this. I will be louder than they can imagine. I am right in my argument and this company will not even talk to me. I have tried every way I can think of to get someone with some authority on the phone. They all seem to be hiding from customers.We have paid them $2400. We want all of our money back and our old door reinstalled. This company tried to rip us off. Those installers would have left that door and never said a thing if I had not brought this up.

      They started my home impact glass windows in May of 2024, a year ago. Five window were put in backward according to **** and Mr ***** from new south. **** is customer service and ***** was the sales person. We purchased the green thermal film that keeps out heat, they are backwards and the heat goes right in. A window was broke during install and its still not correct. Install was Aug 2024 the replacement didnt come until Nov 2024 and was not the correct window. They put it in as the other was broke. The window is missing the square grates that make a big window 12 smaller sections of glass. Ive been waiting since Nov 2024 to get the correct window or grates be installed. Been waiting 9 month to get the backward windows replaced. Ive got nothing but the run a round. Its been over a year. **** and ***** ****** just keep saying 4 weeks, or 8 weeks, well order your windows, your grates are here we cant find them. One excuse after another. No one will let me talk to the president, CEO or person in charge. They wont even give me name so an attorney can send them paperwork to take them to court. BBB is my final step before contacting an attorney.

      4 windows have no gas in them These were brand new windows and within a month they showed being foggy. I have been trying for over a year to get them fixed. I had to borrow $18,000 to buy them

      New south windows replaced windows and doors at my residence, there are eight discrepancies that need to be corrected. They have failed to do the replacements the building permit expired on 03 /16 /2025 . They do not respond to my calls , the windows and doors have yet to been inspected so I cant get a deduction on insurance.. in my second story bathroom they opaqued several of the windows so that I cant see out of them .. the original were clear and I stated I wanted no opaqued windows in anywhere ..

      September 2023 13 hurricane windows and 1 entry door were installed. 2 windows were damaged during installation. No trim was installed on the windows or the door. May 2024 the 2 windows were brought out to be replaced. both windows had damage one was installed and the other taken back.We have been told on many occasions that the windows have been ordered but they never show up for replacement. I have left many messages and never receive a call back to update the status. There have been two site visits were the review came to the same result the windows and trim need to be corrected.We are now over ****************************************************************************** timing on the trim and widow installation.I feel the job has never been completed since the issues go back to the install in Sep 2023.I would like the windows replaced and the trim for the windows installed and the trim on the door installed.

      New South Window sent a crew out to take care of all his issues.  I also left a voice mail with him to make sure he is happy with the resolve as the crew was out to cap all the windows and replace a piece of glass and explained they talked to the customer who was very happy with what had been done to complete his project.

      Signed contract to replace front entry door, 2 side windows and one picture window on November 6, 2024. Approximate start date listed was 8 to 12 weeks. That is end Of January 2025. Promised to start work today May 2nd 2025. Nobody showed up and no response to repeated phone calls. Sale price $ *********. Paid 1st installment : $ 4, ******.
