      We got all new windows throughout our house as well as double front doors and an exterior garage door. The first inspection one window and both doors failed. We never have had a reinspection. We paid for hardware on the doors, the front doors had mismatched hardware put on with different keys, nothing was fixed and we finally bought new hardware and had it put on. The garage door did not have both pieces replaced even though we bought new hardware thru the company and it doesnt match with separate keys. Multiple, multiple calls were placed to the ****** office and even to the Tampa office. I never got to speak to anyone on first attempt always had to leave an email of which they would call back my husbands phone and leave a message. I told them multiple times to not do this my husband suffered a stroke during this whole process and cant speak on phone, I am the point of contact. These windows and doors were not cheap, and there has been no attempt to make anything right. I also dont understand how we can fail the city inspection and thats ok.

      Very POOR QUALITY I ordered 19 windows with installation 4 windows have the green film damaged which we noted also had a window that came completely cracked and they STILL INSTALLED IT. , 3 months since the install NO ONE HAS CONTACTED US ABOUT REPLACING IT, ALSO THEY BROKE 3 MARBLE WINDOW ***** TOOK THEM 2 MONTHS TO FIX, WE STILL DONT HAVE COUNTY FINAL INSPECTION SO I HAVE ALL THE INSIDE OF ****** SCREWS EXPOSED AND MOLDING IN THE LIVING ROOM, THEY DO NOT HAVE INSTALLERS AS THEY SHOP FOR THE CHEAPS INSTALLERS NOT EMPLOYEED BY THEM. i WILL UPLOAD PHOTS SOON.       This is a 13 window and a contract of $30,000.00 sining on it with salesman Riky on 1/2024 this will be handel in a 2 month waiting that was 4 mouth wait and a A** Contrywack that I had to get the Aprobal letter to get on it no date but finaly start 4/2024 in 3 days intalation profetional but 3 window not the size but with wood no problem they pass inpecion no problema ..Now to find out the city inspection no date call ***** manager and Riky sale now 21at 10:00am the city ***** on time no Southwindow personal did not pass new date . Weeks no call get phone waiting call ***** get new date and request pictures on had get new day of 10may 2024 . Now no call no show get a call get a person to seal window inside he ***** said ther is to much draywall work I do not do and you zibra blind on the remuve not on figure it out . No call from Manager ***** 4 messages I end up to pay $ 500 labor and supply finsh the bay window $170.00 ************ Requested to get a drywall especialis not show no day to finishe this window finaly . The is one sreen rip on one . The salesman **** call to get a invoice item is the window to use the impact tax dedication and waranty in life time .

      My Windows and doors were installed February 20, 2023 I asked for an invoice and after numerous e-mails and phone calls. On 06/22/2023 I received an invoice for the amount owned and amount paid. No other detail information on what was purchased and what was charged.The invoice only showed the contract amount of $102,924.00 and payments of $102,924.00 and balance due $0.00.Fast forward (9 months later) and after numerous calls and e-mails, I am still waiting for the itemized invoice list of charges.       I signed a contract with New South Window on April 20, 2023 for them to replace my sliding glass door with a swing door solution that had a dog door built into it for $8043. On June 29, 2023 the installers came out and installed the door. Upon installing the door with the dog door built in it was noticed that the dog door was too far off the ground (~14 inches) and unusable by my dogs. In addition the installers tore a hole in my wall down to the stud. I signed a document that clearly stated the problem with the dog door and the hole in the wall that was supplied back to New South Windows. On July 15, 2023, a gentleman from New South Windows came out to verify that the door was incorrect and to view the hole in the wall. At that time he took down the measurements the dog door should be at, promised they would replace it, verify the measurements before shipping the door to **, and repair the hole in the wall. That was 28 weeks ago. I have followed up with them and I am not receiving any information about the replacement door. To make the dog door usable by my dogs I had to spend $200 on doggie steps, one inside and one outside, to get them in and out the door.

      When I first ordered the door from New South Windows in April 2023 it was from their ******* ****** located at *********** shopping center.  In May 2023 I received a letter from the New South Windows ****** in Tampa, FL that they were shutting down all of the ************** New South Windows business and to direct any questions to the New South Windows ******s at Tampa, FL, *******, ** and **********, ** locations.  When I have called the *******, ** ****** they informed me they couldn't help me and I got routed to the Tampa, FL ******.  There is an employee named ****** that I had been dealing with that is responsible for taking care of any issues with customers in ** but I don't know which ****** he is out of.  I filed the complaint against the Tampa, FL ****** since that is where the door was made and the lifetime warranty listed that ******.

      I ordered five windows: there were problems with every window. One was too large; installers broke out sill and left it on the floor. Another was too small, a 1-inch gap on each side of window frame which they covered with an adhesive strip. Two casement windows arrived without screens or handles. Finally the transom window had wrong glass (not impact). Still waiting for window hardware and replacement transom window.

      We signed a $30,000 contract for new hurricane windows with New South Windows on 12/30/2022. On June 19, 2023 I wrote the letter below. ***************************** *************************************************************** ************ ****************** June 19, 2023 ******************* Regional Manager ********* Windows Via email Dear ***************,I am writing this letter because the branch representing New South Windows has not performed their duties, responsibilities or contractional obligations in performing the installation and completion of their hurricane windows at the above address. The branch/office responsible for this lack of good faith is located at ************************************************************************************************************. Or their Ft ***** location.I will provide history of our experience and pray the corporate executives at ********* Windows will take note of our experience and quickly remedy our service issues. Im hopeful you can recognize the culture of the ******************** office is not the culture of New South Windows.We entered into an agreement for hurricane window replacements at the above address on December 30, 2022. The salesman was *********************** who assured us he was more than just a salesman and would be our go to guy for any and all issues from inception through completion of this project. He stated we could expect an April install. On Feb 27, I texted **** and asked for an install update to which he replied April 7th or sooner. Then on May 3rd, I texted **** again and asked for a progress report on our window install. On May 5th I received an email from ***************** requesting a $4984.50 payment and an install date of May *****. The installation team was professional and knew what they were doing. However, there are still remaining issues left after the install.One window arrived broken.One window was mis-measured and even though installed was two to three inches to short.A screen on the outdoor kitchen window has a hole in it.We put a large down payment on a new front door that was not sized for the opening after two different people performed measurements. The finishing of the window installs have yet to be performed. Inspection and caps.After the issues were discussed with the ****** office from the install guys, I was supposed to receive a phone call from **** on May 22nd. I texted him on May ****************************************** and discuss the installation issues. I was contacted by someone else at the ******************** office stating our issues would be resolved except the front door in which I would have to talk to ****. I was asking for a refund of $9884.50 we had put down on the door. **** stated he would solve the front door issue and believed they could make one with the right size framing. I still have never heard back on that issue.Once again, I texted **** on May 31, asking when the final survey and the window wrap up would occur. On June 2nd, **** texted ****** in ****** is handling the caps and covers. I also asked if the broken window and the wrong sized window had been ordered. I also asked about the refund for the front door.I again had to reach out June 9th asking the same questions as we had not received any response. **** then responded stating he was working on it and had to get final numbers from ***. I patiently waited till the end of day June 13th and texted **** stated it was still crickets as no one had contacted us.As of this writing, we are still waiting for resolution of work and product issues from the poorly managed branch of New South Windows. We ask your help representing New South Windows to bring our issues and problems to a speed resolution. Feel free to contact us directly. I am being ignored and ghosted by the three individuals listed as well as New South Windows. I recently reached out to *******************, City of ****** Permits where he contacted New South in ******************** with no returned responses. Update on New South Windows Failure to Complete Job 8/18/23 Texted to ***************** *** why no one has reached out to us regarding the reinstall of our windows and screen issues from the May ***** install.8/22/23 texted to ***********************, our salesman *** informing him the last time we called the office regarding the reinstall work was July 12th and no one has been in contact with us. We asked for a status update. 8/23/23 *********************** texted us stating that their computer states our windows had arrived to their warehouse. He stated he could schedule now for August 30 between 11-2pm.8/30/23 *** home visit for reinstall of two windows and screens. The 3 gentlemen that showed up for the reinstall could not speak English. They only had one window replacement and no screens. They called their boss so we could communicate. Their boss indicated their job had only 1 window and no screens. There was no replacement window for the broken window that allegedly had been ordered and delivered to the *** warehouse. We also discovered the one replacement window they did bring was once again the wrong size. We then had a conversation with New South and they had the guys remeasure the window and leave. Nothing got done.9/5/23 Voice message from ***** @ *** confirming a 9/6/23 installation two single hung windows. I believe that was for the broken window replacement.9/6/23 *** never showed up or called us of the cancellation making us sit around an entire day.9/27/23 Texted ******, ***, asking if he had any updates on our window replacements. ****** replied they should have the items by end of October or sooner.10/18/23 ******, ***, showed up to assess our situation and remeasure the twice wrong sized window replacement.10/30/23 ******, ***, showed up and replaced the 2 broken screens originally installed.12/13/23 Texted to ***********************, ***, informing him we were now at our one year anniversary of signing a contract with *** and the job is still not completed. We asked for an update on our unfinished job.12/19/23 Texted *********************** once again as we had waited over a week and still no response from ****1/3/2024 Texted ****** explaining I had received no communication from *********************** or *** on their incomplete window installation and asked for his help. As of this writing, I have yet to hear from any representative from New South Windows.Not only has *** failed to perform their work duties under a signed and paid for contract, we still have an outstanding and incomplete permit from the City of Naples on this property.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      New South Windows scheduled the necessary two window replacement and arrived at our home on Feb on Feb 23, 2024. The crew was only able to change out the glass on the bedroom window. They had a new window for the bedroom but it was too large to fit. They removed the glass from that window and installed and glued it into the original frame. I dont know if thats an appropriate procedure for a hurricane window.

      The lanai window re-install was a failure as for the third time it was measured wrong and the install crew was unable to perform the job. On Feb 27th I received a voice mail from ******, manager at ***, stating Im just following up on the install from Friday checking on everything so when you can give me a call

      So apparently the manager doesnt know whats going on!!!!! This is a perfect example of what I have been dealing with for over a year now. NSW still owes me a lanai window that is measured properly and can be installed properly. 

      If I need to, I will petition for the revocation of New South Windows business license.

      I am rejecting this response because: The reason I do not want this file closed is because the job is not completed. New South was here on 2/23/24 to install the last window but was unable to due to the window measurements being wrong. They were remeasured at that time and another window was to be made. On March 1st another person came to our house and again remeasured the window. On March 20th, I did receive a call from New South that the window was ordered but it would be several weeks before it arrives. So, the job is still incomplete and until that last window is installed and all the other window caps have been installed and the City of ****** permitting **** signs off, I wish to keep this case open.

      The installers on Friday 1/5/24 were caught on security cameras smoking pot at the end of my 800 foot boardwalk on my boat. When I returned home I checked my boat and nothing seemed to be missing or out of order. On Monday 1/8/24 when they returned I asked them for their I.D. to find out who they were. Neither had a drivers license and they were argumentative & refused to give me any information as to their identity; they looked like homeless druggies to me. Poor representation for a large company to be sending to peoples homes. I called the Lee ********************** to find out who they were. They were told to load their tools & were escorted off the property. I called the company any left a message. When the installation manager called me back I discovered the guys are not even employees, but sub-contractors helpers; probably from some labor force collection group. These guys were in my home alone with my wife. I don't think anybody should do business with this company. I will probably put the security videos on ******** So they can use it for a commercial with the New South Window shirts on it should make good viewing! They had no business down my boardwalk & no business on my boat. When I asked them about it they denied it. I never saw a permit from the county either. I thought it needed to be displayed somewhere on the structure or property.

      On 1/30/2024 we called the customer and left a voicemail.  The Customer has requested the Production Manager to be on-site when the installation occurs.  The Production Manager confirmed they will be on the job site during installation.
