2 starsI wish I could recommend Jetride but I can't. I was a long long time member and though I have had great times with the boats I have had out-weighting inconveniences. To begin with, you have to book WEEKS in advance to get a weekend reservation and even further out with center consoles if you want to fish. IF you want to take a center console be prepared for the livewell, depth finder/ fish finder, and speakers NOT to work regardless of what the website says. Also be prepared to have a fullday booked weeks ahead and showing up to the dock with your guests and then something is wrong with the boat. Definitely be prepared to over pay on fuel that's a given. Deckhands complain about how the boats don't get serviced enough. They deckhands are nice though, which I like. I have called corporate many times to report things and they in fact, brush them under the rug and I have proof. I called weeks later to check in on something and the "report" was never made. For $500/mo, boats should work. And if a ******** isn't working, that needs to be raised and fixed immediately. I cancelled my membership after 2 years because I was tired of the headaches. What you do not pay in fees, you will pay in inconveniences - I promise. As a member, you will NEVER get any money back or credit to your account no matter how large the inconvenience. If they ever made an effort to credit me for all these inconveniences, I would have been okay with it. But you'll never get any $ from them. For example, I drove 2hrs to another location on a saturday with my entire family. We had this planned for 2 months. I showed up, boat was broken. Didn't go out. At the end of the day, you have to be mindful that things go wrong with boats all the time whether it's your personal boat or a boat club's, but the lack of attention to the boats is frustrating. The only thing Jetride helped me with is knowing that for $500/mo+ (fees, gas, tips, seatow) I can buy my own boat with fewer headachesReview fromCORRIE B

1 starStay away from this service!!! I scheduled a boat about 3 months ago for the entire day, for a quarterly ****************** At 1:33PM I received a call stating that I was late in returning, I stated that I reserved for a full day, they stated that the system only reflects in the morning, I stated that I have to witness that I have some memebers of the Bible study that can confirm I reserved for a full day and that I would also wnat to see a report from the IT department because it was scheduled for the full day and not only the morning. They said they would look into and furnish the account, next thing they charged my account penailties without providing any proof that I didn't book for a full day.Stay away from dishonest practices of businessess like JetRide!!!Review fromChris G

1 starCompany does not accommodate members after multiple destinations that where available are all down and due to unforeseen circumstances they decided to deny all services to members and still demand payment.

5 starsAmazing service, great value! Its easy to schedule and truly a joy to spend the day out with family and friends. I have already referred to a few friends who were interested after joining us for an outing. I never owned a boat, but from what I hear, I prefer the memberships.Jet Ride

5 starsI can't say enough good things about my experience at JetRide in ***************!Joining this club has truly transformed my weekends. The weekend availability of boats is reasonable and I've never had trouble making a spontaneous reservation during the week. Its so freeing to know I can just hop on and hit the water whenever.What really sets this place apart, though, is the amazing dock staff at both docks downtown *********. The team is not only incredibly friendly but also genuinely passionate about helping you have the best experience possible. They take the time to share tips on where to go, what to see, and how to make the most of each trip. Ive learned so much from them!Overall, this club has become my go-to escape, and I cant recommend it enough. 1 starBig mistake going this club. Not worth it at all. What you save in initiation fees you blow in fuel costs with the poor maintenance of the boats. They are loaded with barnacles and weigh the boat down. Boats have a hard time getting on plane. The radios and depth finders are usually not working. I can't speak for other clubs in the area. 5 starsI've had an amazing experience with JetRide! The trainer was knowledgeable and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Their customer service team has been fantastic, and the staff at the docks are so helpful from assisting my guests and I on and off the boats to giving great recommendations for places to explore, when I visited the other locations. Every time I reserve a boat, I have a wonderful time. The entire team truly goes above and beyond to ensure members have a great experience. Highly recommend!
