    I purchased a wireless keyboard/ mouse combo in 2022. The product has a 3-year warranty. The keyboard is not working properly. I contacted Support and after lots of back and forth for troubleshooting, etc. i was advised to take the product back to the point of purchase (staples.com) for a warranty replacement. The retailer is not going to honor a manufacturer warranty without authorization. After much insistence, Logitech required the purchase receipt. Because I purchase this online with staples.com and the purchase history is digitally available, I was able to submit the receipt. I was told they needed 48 hours to review in order to authorize and ship the replacement. It has been more than 120 hours since I submitted the receipt and I have followed up twice with no reply.

    hi .....I bought a gaming arm for the computer and Xbox, and after using it for two weeks, it turned out that the directional control buttons did not work properly. I made several attempts and changed the battery, but it did not work properly. There was a malfunction in it... Please solve the issue.I have contacted the company more than once ... And the company is manipulating me and telling me that they will send a replacement device, but they haven't sent anything

    More ************************* contacted me .. But the matter has not been resolved yet ... I have asked the company to refund my money paid in the purchase of a damaged product and send the money to my bank account, but the company has not responded and said that it will send a replacement product, but so far I have not received anything

    My son saved his money and purchased a steering wheel and pedal combo for his Xbox. He stores it in his room on a stand made for the system so it is always stable and never he floor. Out of nowhere it wouldnt connect to the system. It also made a buzzing sound. After trying to figure out what was wrong, we realized that it only works if the pedals are not on. I contacted Logitech and they got back to me fast. I did everything they asked and it didnt fix the problem. I let them know this and havent heard from them since. I started a new ticket and still havent heard from them. I messaged them on ******** and they set they would put a note on my ticket and that never happened because I still havent heard from them. Its been two weeks since the original messages and over about a week since I last received a message. I am now being ignored and am very upset. I will spread this information to as many places and people as I can. Never will we buy a product from Logitech again until they make this right.

    I originally purchased two mice on November 1 and November 6. Neither met my needs, so I initiated a return online on Logitech's website. ***** delivered the returns on November 20. By December 17 (as of writing this) I still have not received confirmation of either return. Contacting their customer service department has only been marginally helpful, as they stated they were going to manually process the returns, but nothing has happened yet.Beware - do not order from Logitech's website unless you are 100% sure you are not going to return the item.

    I have been a Longitech customer for many years. Today has been a complete and total nightmare and non stop **** POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am retired and disabled. I purchased new speakers for my computer and so far today I have wasted over 90 minutes trying to find out the answer to a simple question. The complete and total HORSE ****, RUN AROUND AND DEMAND FOR MONEY is beyond belief. I spent over twenty minutes just trying to unwrap the speakers and cords out of the box. The directions are so small that even with a magnifying glass, I cannot read them. I called the customer service number and was connected to a. CLOWN from India who demanded a number of personal questions to "verify that I am not a child". then telling me I quality for a $100.00 gift card today and his accent was so strong I told him repeatedly I could not understand him. He then demanded I surrender a credit card and pay him $3.99 to get an answer as to where to plug my speakers into. At this point I told him to make sure his CEO hears this tape and hung up on his sorry a__! Prior to that nonsense, I called another listed customer service number and my first question to this MORON was wether or not I needed to surrender a credit card to get an answer. He refused several times to answer this question before sending me a link to again surrender a credit card and get an answer of any kind. I am livid with thesen A_______s. I next tried to contact their **************** and was told I can only leave a voicemail. More F_____g H_______t! There is no excuse for the way these people treat and defecate all over their customers and they need to be held accountable! Their Corporate address is listed in Camos, Wa. and even that address would not appear on your website. Let us see if anyone in this company has rhe credibility or the ***** to respond to this complaint! I demand to speak directly to their CEO!
