      Ive been trying to get my fence repaired for several months. I did finally talk to them and got a quote for repairs and a separate quote for parts. Both my wife and I have tried to contact them numerous times via both email and leaving voicemails on their business line. They will not return calls or emails. Weve given them ample time to get back with us on multiple times.

      I singed a contract with Secure Fence in September 2023 to install rails the ******** style" rails between my fence pillars, I made the required deposit of $1300.00 upon signing I was told 4-6 weeks for installing, they continue to push the date back by weeks. On Jan.2nd 2024 when I arrived home from work the installers were there installing the wrong style of rails, I asked them to please stop it was the wrong ****** after talking with the sales representative ****** who sold me the rails, her said he will talk with the manager, when he got back with he said the will get me the ******* style that I ordered, I asked him do I have to wait another 6-8 weeks he said I could be week or longer, after weeks had gone by I called several times and they continue tell me it's not in yet. I also reminded they that the "permit" needs to be renewed before installation, in April of 2024 I called again asked to speak to the manager, whose name is ***** asked him if he want me to give him the long version or the short version, he said he's aware of the situation and he'll take care of it. On 6-18-2024 I called the office and spoke with the same manager, he said he'll get back with me. On 6-19-2024 the manager called me and said they'll install it July 7th and 8th, I said your contact said someone need to be home, I said can they do it on July 12th which is a Friday, I'll be able to take off that day he said ok that will be fine, no one came or reached out to me since my last conversation with the manager *****. This has frustrated and really upset me right now the rail was attached to someone else's property, it was made clear at the time of sale nothing can be attached to someone else's property yet they did. I would like them to honor the contract agreement and install the ******* ****** renew their permit, and remove rail form the neighbor's property, replace my land marker iron pole that was dugged up from the ground unnecessary.

      I contacted them about a month before I closed on my new home. It took a month after closing to get a signed contract. We submitted our down payment with a 3-4 week lead time.After I handed over the check it was radio silence from them. I called after two weeks and they didnt see the payment, I told them I handed the check in person to them and they "found record" but we were not on the schedule yet which was concerning since we were quoted 3-4 weeks. Week three I called them again and found out that we were now tentatively on the schedule for week six. I expressed my displeasure and asked to be brought closer to our original quote, they said they would call back, but no call came. I called on week six when it was supposed to be installed, this is when I found out that we got moved out another three weeks without a courtesy call. At this point I was no longer pleased. I began calling weekly for updates. Needless to say they never returned my calls or provided any sort of updates. Week 9 rolls around and the fence isn't being installed, now I am calling daily. They tell me they let go one of their front office staff and blame them. I then get the permit application from them and am told that they are going to try to get the fence in by the end of week 10, but I was also supposed to be travelling to ******* that friday and that would make it so that I wouldn't be able to inspect it for an additional week. They continued to delay and it was at this point that I reached out to you and informed them that I would be seeking legal counsel. All the sudden I get a call back finally and its to say that I would be on the schedule for the next week, the hurricane prevented that and they called me on that Monday to say that they would install the following Monday. That came and went, called Tuesday asking when it might be, they said Wednesday. Next day no one is there, now they say Friday. *** had a lawyer send a demand letter to maybe gain some traction after 13 weeks.

      On June 10, 2024, I signed a contract with Secure Fence for a new fence install and paid the deposit (50% of total cost). On July 25, a crew arrived unannounced to install the fence, but since we had our pool enclosure being installed that week, the fence crew departed. After waiting a couple weeks, I called Secure Fence for an update and was told I was scheduled for install the following week. After waiting another couple weeks, I called Secure Fence again and was told there were weather delays and I was scheduled for install the following week. Once again, two weeks pass by, and after talking with my neighbor who had used Secure Fence, he mentioned that their fence was installed without Secure Fence ever applying for a permit. I checked the Brevard County Permitting website and discovered that Secure Fence had never applied for a permit for my fence. I also discovered that Secure Fence is having licensing and permitting issues and has dozens of licensing complaints and citations in my county. On September 9, I called Secure Fence and told them I wanted to cancel the contract and get a deposit refund. On September 10, I received a contract cancellation letter via email signed by the admin representative and the owner, stating that my deposit would be mailed back to me. On September 24, after not receiving my deposit back yet, I reached back out to Secure Fence for the status of the refund, but they did not respond back. On September 25, I emailed Secure Fence to let them know I will be seeking legal action to get my deposit back if I do not receive it by October 2.

      On March 28 I paid a deposit of ******* dollars to Secure Fence for a backyard fence. We needed *** approval and sent the request over. We got notification from the *** that they did not have an insurance letter on file for the company so we contacted them and the first response was they were waiting on it, then we got that they had changed insurance companies and did not realize it so, again, were waiting on it. On May 4 someone came out to put the sign in the yard and advised we were scheduled. For the week of the 6th. No fence. Called and was told it was the next week, no fence. Never in all of this did the company call for any updates, contact was always initiated by me.On June 11 my son in law called to cancel the fence, a manager got on the line and explained that they undervalued the business and because of that insurance would not give them the letter. They agreed to cancel and refund my deposit. We signed the email for cancellation, which WAS NOT sent over in a docusign form, and sent it back. The person I assume is the office manager, *****, called on June 16 to say they were initiating my deposit back. On July 2 I called to ask about it and was told she would check and call me back, she never did. On July 8 I called and I had to block my number to get them to pick up, was told I would get a call back, I never did and then my number was reported as spam so I cant get through. I have never dealt with a more deceitful or unethical company as this one.

      The fence was installed in the wrong location even though a permit was pulled off the land survey. The fence post was installed to deep, it went right through my drain line and split it in half. The septic ** charged me $250 and told me the fence needs to be moved. I called the fence **mpany 4 times and they keep telling me the manager **** will call me the same day. He has not. The **mpany needs to pay the $250 and relocate the fence gate.

      I paid a 6,000$ deposit 7 weeks ago. We were told that they would start work this week. On Monday, when they didn't show up or call my wife called them and they said that we are still on schedule and they were just running a little behind because of a prior job. So we call again today to see if there is an ETA when they might be coming out and they tell us that there is a 2 to 3 week delay on materials. Something they didn't bother telling us until we called and then failed to mention the day before. We then told them that we wanted a refund since they clearly were not going to be able to do the job when they said that they would do it and mind you we need this fence because our current fence has a ton of holes in it that our dog can get out of and they said there are no refunds. So we asked to speak to a manager and we get told they will call us back. Of course they didn't call us back and when I called them I was told they were at lunch. So they have time to go to lunch but not time to call us back.

      Dear Sir/Madam:
      I am writing to ask for assistance with Secure Fence and Rail of Titusville, FL who has ignored my repeated requests for updates on my refund.
      This is what transpired:
      I signed a contract with Secure Fence and Rail on 2 June 2023.
      My HOA Request for Approval was denied on 16 June 2023. I forwarded the HOA paperwork with an email to the Customer Sales Representative, Paige S***** the same day.
      I patiently waited for my refund. As clearly stated on the contract, “Deposit to be refunded if HOA denies install“. I spoke to the office manager on 11 July, who told me she took the paperwork to the owner to be processed. Tomorrow, it will be another four weeks and I have no status or refund.
      Your assistance with this matter would be appreciated.
