  Installed a fence without a permit that had to be removed. Fencing was paid in full and company wouldn't return and calls or emails. They offered no solutions and when asked for a refund, was told they would put a request in with the Manager!!!

  We paid these people over 6k for a fence about 6 years ago. Supposed to be a privacy fence but you can see through the cracks. Anyway, one of the hinges came off the big gate and the gate fell and cannot be moved by my husband or I. I called Secure, who installed the fence, to come and repair it, since it is their product. I was told $450.00 and that the repair would not be done until we paid in full in advance. Not happening! That is such a red flag to us. Too much paying in advance and then not getting the work done to go along with that. Sounds like a scam to me. Any reputable business would not ask for payment prior to the repair being done! Well, we can see by the other reviews on here that they are not a reputable company! My husband is a 100% disabled *********** Veteran and is unable to do the work himself. No wonder they got run out of ********** to ********! Volusia County residents and businesses beware!!!

  I started the process of getting a fence on Oct 13, 23. As yet nothing has been done. I don’t receive a phone call back. If I’m lucky enough to speak with someone I get pushed off to another person who doesn’t do anything. I’ve paid a deposit. I’ve cleared what needed to be cleared on the property. Secure Fence and Rail hasn’t followed through on anything. I’ve been told the man that did the estimate no longer works there so I fell through the cracks, except they sent me an email for a deposit that I foolishly paid in October after I received the estimate. Then materials weren’t available even though the head of installs said they were. Then I was told due to the office relocation they were running behind and materials would take longer to arrive. Then today I’m told I need to have the property surveyed. I was told in October Secure Fence and Rail would take care of that. I then asked to speak with whoever is running the show and was assured I would hear from him within an hour. No phone, email, text, nothing. Run as fast as you can from this company.

  Not a reputable company based on my interactions starting 2/16 and ending 3/13. The website promises free estimates and nowhere says estimates for replacing operator units are charged. I scheduled an estimate to be free. Just before the estimator came and said this was a service call to repair the gate. I told him the gate operators were beyond repair per the home inspection and this was a replacement estimate. I was charged a $300 service fee for the estimator to look at the operators for under 5min and say, 'this can't be fixed, no parts available, it has to be replaced." The fee could be applied to the replacement cost, but the proposal was so incomplete I did not know the model # or installation details (i.e. concrete pad, etc). I requested specific information several times in writing and over the phone but never received a detailed proposal. I only received a response when told them I would be reporting this to BBB. A manager contacted me and said he would work on getting me a refund. He never responded and when I reached him, he said the CEO said no, they charge to look at gate operators (this is not mentioned on the website or during scheduling). He said he could add more info to the proposal, and I told him at this point Secure Fence and Rail has demonstrated in my opinion it is disreputable, has predatory practices and engages in false advertising. He said then there was no way I was getting my money back. I have since hired a reputable company who provided a highly detailed proposal. Secure Fence not only scammed me by promising a free estimate, but then did not provide an actionable valid deliverable for the $300 paid (failure to provide a product in this case, a detailed proposal, that would result in a service).
