    The customer moved out of state and we loaded her rental truck. She did not provide enough pads or straps, for the size of her move. We loaded it the best we could with the supplies supplied by the customer. We are not responsible for items not in our care. This is also in the contract. Insurance will not cover damages not in our care. We did not cause the damage, because we did not drive the rental truck. We did our job, and packed it the best we could with what was provided by the customer. The customer did a chargeback with her bank and lost the case. Thank you.

    The At Your Service Professional Movers states in there contract they were to supply moving blankets and plastic wrap., which they did not provide there contract terms. The damage was caused by the items not being wrapped plastic /blankets in which the At Your Service contract states they would provide. Items should of been wrapped and secured by the At Your Service Professionals. I ended up supplying enough material to the movers since they did not bring anything as stated in the contract. THEY LEGALLY BROKE THEIR CONTRACT BY NOT SUPPLYING SUFFICIENT MATERIAL AS STATED IN THEIR CONTRACT.
    At the end of the day At Your Service Professional Movers did not live up to their end of contract, which in turn caused these damages as pictures shown. The damages had nothing to do with the moving of truck at all It was on there Unprofessional Movers not abiding to there contract.

    Moving pads are $10 a piece she did not order any from us. Upon paying her deposit and booking her move I personally asked if she needs any moving supplies and told that we can bring with them. All of our conversations are recorded. ON 09/29 we spoke with **** and asked her if she needed to order any moving supplies or and told her "we do not sell straps only pads and boxes" she stated she had enough of everything she needed, and did not want to purchase them. You can see from her invoice, she did not order any moving supplies at all. We do not supply them for free on a one way move. NO MOVING COMPANY GIVES AWAY FREE MOVING PADS. THEY ARE VERY EXPENSIVE. Our contract does not say anything about free moving pads. It does say moving pads (as needed) meaning we can use our pads as needed for us, not the client. SHE DID NOT PURCHASE ANY MOVING PADS FROM US.

    This seems to be a he said she said. This is about damages as the professional movers provided service.
    The movers did not properly pack the trailer for moving. Again one person was first day on job. this again is about damages not while truck moving its about on how they the movers packed the truck. as pictures have shown they did not pack properly. The claim on blankets was in contract they didnt bring so i provided. The movers didnt even use they put them on floor as the pictures show. The performance of these movers has caused the damage to the furniture not the actual move.
