    Claimed to have insurance, but had an accident with one of our book cases and said that they insure wood bookcases by the pound and offered 6 dollars. Damaged other items with their dolly, and 2 of the 3 movers had no experience. Thus caused them to scratch, drop and mishandle many items. Movers are contractors and try hard, but the owner has no interest in assisting their customers.

The valuation protection we offer for free is required by the State of Florida for all licensed movers. This protection values wooden items by weight, as mandated by state regulations. When you declined the initial valuation offer, we went beyond requirements by proposing professional repair services, which you also chose not to accept.Our movers are employees, not contractors, and many have been with our company for several years. While the owner is currently away, our knowledgeable office staff is fully equipped to handle these situations according to Florida state requirements and our company policies.We're sorry your experience didn't meet expectations and remain available to discuss further solutions within the terms of our agreement.     Regarding the bookcase damage, this was unfortunately caused by a strong gust of wind that knocked it over during transit, not due to mover inexperience as suggested. Our movers are employees, not contractors, and many have been with our company for several years.
