      I shopped for 3 years before selecting this American Wood Flooring to install my engineered hardwood* To be brief - just a little after a year from installation, the floors started developing big splotches on them* (see the photos) - At first, the splotches were small but they continued to develop in most of the rooms in the home* We had laminate before this (which is very susceptible to water damage) but after 20 years, it was old and needed to be replaced* **** said this was indicative of a cracked foundation and was probably water damage but he wouldn't help in anyway even though I was willing to hire a floor expert to assess the problem* The attorney that I discussed this with said that it looked like glue/misapplied moisture barrier to him* One of the major factors in selecting this company was that it offered a lifetime warranty (see the invoice) - and that it was licensed and insured* The store has now been sold to another company - ALTHOUGH THE SAME PEOPLE THAT WORKED AT AMERICAN WOOD FLOORING also work at GIOVANNI'S * ********** is the company that purchased American Wood Flooring (see ****'s photo below)* Is a company with a new name but the same employees a new company? I don't think so* My preference would be for them to fix the problem but since they won't even come over and look at the floor, that doesn't seem likely*

      We have nothing to do with American wood flooring

      They had 2 store locations and both went out of business,

      It happened to take over their place after they closed but thats all

      The only thing we got from them is the website that it was recommend it from our website guy that does our stuff

      **** was a sales person working for American wood flooring not a Owner of Amarican wood flooring for what I was told from him

      After he found out that we open a store in the same place he came in and asked for work on sales

      With him having experience on this field we hired him couple days a week for about 2 months then he was gone, he found another full time job we were told,

      Again we have nothing to do with American wood flooring

      We been in business for so many years and we never let anyone to complain and that will never happen, because we make sure our customers are always satisfied,

      But we will not be responsible for something we have nothing to do with it 

      Our first store was open in *************** and now we have this one and on the process of opening or 3rd location

      So again we dont need and we have nothing to do with American Wood Flooring

      I paid American Wood Flooring to install vinyl plank flooring. It has since warped do to the installation not having a moisture barrier and ruined all of the down stair flooring leaving the floor with gaps and boards that are cupping. ******* from the company came out and agreed. Stating that he needed to call distributor. This has been going on for 6+ months and the floor is getting worse. I've shown up in person to follow up and have only gotten the same answer that 'they are waiting of the distributor' to follow up.

      I spoke with the customer on Wednesday of last week to come to an agreement on a resolution. The customer said that he was deleting the reviews and complaints
