    placed online order Oct 2,2023. Received order confirmation, but nothing since. They do not respoond to email or phone inquiries

    This is not a real company it is a scam they are not selling anything. I first noticed an issue when I was not charged any sales tax for my purchase. I then discovered that the support number was disconnected the support chat bot does not do anything. Additionally when calling paypal they said the purchase was for some type of crypto currency not the BBW grill I ordered. This is not a real company.
