    I would like to give zero stars. I don’t know how this website is still up and running, it’s a scam. I paid for a Weber Summit Kamado and it never came. They canceled my order and stole my money. Do not fall for this scam website.

    Same thing happened to me. I had to dispute the purchase of a Generator which I paid $899.00 for- and the payment portal they had connected to their website was ******. My financial institution credited my account, , but ****** is harassing me , (are they a scam, too?) I had just used them to make a one time complete payment, and now they are trying to say they never were paid by Black6 Enterprises and that I need to take care of it.
    Terrible to scam people!

    BEWARE and do not use this company! It is a scam. We ordered a Traeger grill, our credit card was charged, and we have never received the product. We are disputing the charge currently, but have not been credited yet. NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WE NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE. THE PHONE NUMBER FOR THE COMPANY IS DISCONNECTED. IT DOES NOT WORK. SCAM SCAM, SCAM

    Same as the other 4 reviews below. This company is a total scam, they charged my credit card, their website said processing for several days for my order, they would not respond to emails or their customer service contact form, the 2 phone numbers listed on their website are unreachable. The claim to be located in Florida on their website, but the credit card charges came from London. 2 weeks after the order their website noted the order as cancelled. They did not proactively credit my credit card account with a refund. I started a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back, and filled an official complaint here with the BBB against this scam business.

    Ordered a weber grill off of this site 10-03-2023. Sent two messages, and left one voice mail, trying to get an update on my order but I never received any response back from them. Whenever I check the tracking it says "order processing". Called Visa and disputed charges. Buyer beware!

    Scam company. Offers good prices on merchandise and never delivers. I emailed/contacted customer (no) support multiple times to find out status of order - no response either visa email/phone. Website has a tracking link that continuously states "processing" even after a month. Disputed charges and finally obtained refund. Terrible - zero star if possible.
