    The order was supposed to be shipped in July 2023. It was never shipped. Initially, we got the runaround with excuses for delay in shipment. Then they stopped responding to emails and voicemails. There is no way to reach them directly.Background: Overstocker.com was featured by the *************************** ***** during the first half of 2023. So we thought we could count on them being a good vendor. As it turned out, many dental offices got scammed, including ours.

    Date of Transaction - 7/26/23 and credit card charge was 7/27/23. We purchased a digital scanner and Overstocker said the ship date would be 8-13 weeks. I waited that time and it never came. I reached out to them asking for a refund at least 3 times over the next few months, including their online portal. I never heard back. I just want a refund. Thank you for your help.

    Transactions were placed on 7/12/23 for purchase of disposable gloves in the amount of $250. Items were never received. I have contacted the merchant through e mail multiple times and have not received an answer. There is no mechanism for contacting the merchant directly even though there is a listed phone number. It is a continuous loop referring the customer back to the website.

    On Feb. 10, 2023, I purchased a Midmark M11 Dental Sterilizer from Overstocker. I paid $4,464.90 for this piece of equipment. At that time, I was informed it would ship to me in April 2023. The delivery date was later moved back to May 2023 due to a "shipping delay". A few months passed and I realized I still had not received my equipment, so I contacted Overstocker customer service on July 7, 2023 to follow up, who promptly responded and apologized, stated it the new delivery date would be August 10/11, and offered me a 10% inconvenience refund. I was initially pleased with this response, until neither the equipment nor the refund arrived. I contacted customer service again on August 18, and again received an apology, was assured my refund would be processed that week, and that the equipment was guaranteed to arrive on Sept. 6 before 11 am. Sept. 6 and went, and still no refund or equipment, so I once again contacted customer service, but this time received no response. Shortly after, the *************************** then advised all dentists that they've stopped doing business with Overstocker due to multiple reports of similar stories, and to try to contact them to get your money back. Since then, I have attempted to contact Overstocker via phone and email, but with no response. In fact, their phone does not allow you to speak with anyone, but directs you to email them. I have also attempted to dispute the claim with my credit card company, but they were unable to recover my money.

    I had placed an order for a Dental equipment form company called overstocker.com in May *********************************************************************************************************************************************** September. Ever since that my emails to them have gone unanswered. My request to them for a refund has also gone unanswered. Payment was done via credit card to this company who is listed on credit card statement as located in *******, *******, ******. I have been unable to find a physical address for this company..

    October 3, 2023 ordered a $7999.00 Medit I700 Digital Intraoral Scanner from Overstocker.com. *********, although my credit card was immediately charged, no confirmation was sent and the purchase did not appear in my newly formed account. It was also strange in hindsite that the website stated that shipments were withheld for 14 days to "verify" mailing address. The associated phone number has a loop message with no option to speak to anyone. The associated email never responds. After almost 3 weeks I contacted my credit card company and also filed a complaint with Reportfraud.ftc.gov. Now I am contacting BBB

    Ordered 2 Autoclaves for our dental office in March and was told that it would take 9 weeks to receive which we have never received. Contacted the consumer on several occasions to see where our products were with a response we would have them in a few days. We never got them continued to message the company with no response. Then we were informed that the company was not a reliable company from the ADA and we should send a complaint through the better business bureau

    I purchased a product and paid in full in July and I still have not received the order. I have made several requests for a call back and have tried to speak to someone at the company and sent emails but no a single response.
