    HI, *************************** had emailed members about dental items including autoclave dental chair etc being sold by overstocker.com at deeply discounted rates. Coming from *** I understood the business is legit and placed order for autoclave on April 13th 2023 for $ ****** ( receipt attached). Also attached are communications with the company and support ticket updates. I contacted *** today and was told to file complaint with BBB. They charged my credit card for $ 497 and 500 for shipping thought the product receipt shows free shipping. I have placed a credit card dispute with my cc company but they can go back only 120 days and will not cover the original date of April 13th. We were told to wait as company was closing and that products will ship out July. There is no sign of product and ********* is gone too. Help please. Thanks. Soni

    Ordered M11 Midmark Autoclave (dental sterilization equipment) on 8/24/2023.Overstocker charged my credit card for $2999 (two-thousand nine hundred ninety nine dollars) on the date of purchase.The order is confirmed but I have received no shipment confirmation. I have reached out to customer support via phone and email once a week for the past 3 weeks requesting an update on my order and an estimated shipping date with no response from the company. I then received email communication from the *************************** stating that no orders should be placed with Overstocker.com as there have been multiple complaints of unfulfilled orders and fraudulent charges. Upon receipt of this communication from the **** I have submitted a dispute with my credit card company and I am submitting this complaint.Despite being charged $2,999 upfront I have still not received my order, shipping confirmation and all of my attempts to contact the company have been unsuccessful in receiving a response.I am requesting a full refund of the amount charged ($2,999)

    I purchased an iTero Element 5D *********** Intraoral Scanner for $8,999 on January 23, 2023. I had reached out to the company on February 21, 2023 to follow up on the status of the order. I was told it would ship in May. On August 27, 2023 I followed up again on the status of the order and when it would be delivered. I was told it would arrive on Sept 8 before 11 am and would receive a 10% refund on the purchase. Neither has happened as of 9/26/2023. I have since tried to reach out by email and phone and have not received any further communication.

    I learned about this company through the **************************** On April 11, 2023 I placed an order for an iTero Element 2 Intraoral Dental Scanner for $4,999.00 order #*****. Then on June 22, 2023 I ordered an AT600 oil free dental air compressor for $1499 order #*****. On August 29, 2023 my credit card received an unauthorized charge of $697.44 for a temp shippedhold charge from the company. I also received an unauthorized temphold charge for the scanner of $500 and I still have not received my items. The last correspondence I received from them said the items would arrive on 9/7/23 and Nothing. I have emailed, called and left messages for this company with no response. The *** issued a statement on 9/20/23 warning against this company and directed its members to contact their credit card companies, which I have done and to contact you. This has been a very expensive process and very frustrating. I would like a resolution to these charges.

    The *************************** sold my email and endorsed this company. I contacted the *** and they verified it was a legit company so I ordered a sterilizer May 9, 2023 online from Overstocker but also contacted ************************* with the company and verified the ship date would be July 22nd and it would be delivered Aug 28th. I never received the product and two fraudulent charges have since appeared on my credit card. The company is no longer returning our calls or emails. My credit card company is stating that since I authorize the one charge and gave them my credit card that they will not cover it.     In March 2023, I ordered some dental equipment from a company endorsed by the ******************** ******* I was supposed to be overstock from a company filing from bankruptcy. The merchandise was supposed to be delivered some time mid-summer. We were in regular contact. At one point they gave me a delivery, with install date of Set 6. On the 5th, I reached out to get an update as to what time on the 6th. I have been unable to reach them despite numerous, emails, phone calls, faxes, website contact requests. Today, I did a ****** search and found many others are in the same boat! We've been scammed and the *** issued a statement on 9/14/23 that they were terminating their relationship with the company due to the number of complaints from their members. It also stated that some members experienced unauthorized credit card charges. I immediately checked my last cc statement that had just arrived. Sure enough, there were 2 fraudulent charges. One for $$2498.45 and one for $2000. These are on my statement but I have not paid them yet. The original charge for $27,996 and that I paid back in March. My account rep has stopped responding and the support email now has an auto response that response time is ***** hrs but they never get back to you.
