Starller.com is a scam streaming service company that some how accessed my streaming service data and started billing me for their services at rate of $49.95. I already had a streaming service plan and there wasn't a need to find a new provider so I don't know how they got my information. Starller makes it difficult to cancel the plan by using inferior phone sound quality which contained on-going static making it difficult to hear the rep and vice versa. It's also evident that English is not the customer service rep primary language. I informed them that I did not approve the charge and based on my research of the company, there has been numerous claims of fraud and I want all the charges reversed. They agreed to reverse the first 6 months, and a manager will call me previous about charges that happened greater than 6 months ago. I've locked my credit card to prevent any other charges and once I receive the refund, I'm cancelling my card.

Tried to scam me out of five bucks but they were actually quite accommodating in returning it. Still do not know how they got my debit card information though.

SCAMMERS!Used ** Reader app to bring up a legitimate website. But the ** reader had a sneaky add at the bottom with a green "continue" button that made it look like I was continuing to register with this legitimate website. After clicking on the "continue" button, it lead me to what I thought was a legitimate third party billing website called Starller. So I gave my debit card info. Moments later I realized I was not in my original website and I had signed up for this scam website. Will have to cancel my debit card, which I pay everything with. They already sent a test transaction for $1.95 to see if my account was legit. Tried cancelling my account in their website and it doesn't give you that option. Llooks like I have to call their legitimate(?) phone number. Please take these people down!

I was just charged on March 23, 2024 $49.95 but my bank fraud department stopped it. The charge came from BattalionofENT.net which appears to be a ******* based company. In checking my bank account, I found a charge from them for $1.95 on March 19. I found that company online and wrote to them. They responded that a refund of $1.95 is being processed and my account with ********************** is being cancelled. Have no clue how I got that subscription.

I encountered Starller through a QR code trying to pay my bill at a restaurant. The payment would not go through. I tried twice. Within minutes, there was one charge for $1.65, and $1.00 on my account. Five days later, a charge for $49.95 for a subscription to Starller was charged to my account. Thanks to a my very astute bank, they caught the charges and contacted me to see if I made them. My bank card had to be closed.
